You will need a kilogram of rasp fish, onion head, 2 cloves of garlic, chili, several tomatoes, chopped ginger root, 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil, turmeric, caraway seeds, coconut pulp (about 100 g), wine vinegar (4 tablespoons), salt and black pepper.
To start, the rasp is cut into small pieces. They are salted and peppered. Onions are chopped, garlic is squeezed into the same bowl. Only then they are fried in a pan. Peeled tomatoes are diced. All this goes to the bow. Chili is also added here. Once the mixture has thickened, you can turn off the fire.
Coconut would be nice to grate. All this is poured with boiling water and boiled for about 5 minutes. The strained broth is mixed with vegetables, ginger and other seasonings. As soon as such a sauce boils, put fish in it and stew for half an hour. Serving such an aromatic dish is best with rice for a side dish.
The ear. Rasp Recipe
Traditionally, fish soup should take the heads and tails of a rasp, 500 g of fish itself, some potatoes, 50 g of rice, several heads of onions, carrots, lavrushka, salt and pepper. Fish, of course, is cleaned and cut into pieces. Rasp enters the pan. As soon as the future ear boils, then it is worth removing all the resulting foam. Shredded potatoes, rice, carrots and onions are put in boiling soup. After about 10 minutes lavrushka and spices are added, and another 7 minutes it all boils. Already in a plate, the ear is sprinkled with pepper and herbs.

Fans of healthy and low-calorie foods will be delighted with such a dish. After all, the recipe does not imply any frying or adding oil. And you only need 1 fish, lemon, a couple of onions, dill, salt, and ground pepper.
As the recipe prescribes, the rasp is cleaned of scales and the entrails are completely removed. Next, the fish should be thoroughly washed. Onions are cut into rings, and lemon into small slices.
Foil is spread on a specially prepared baking sheet. The fish salts and peppers, and its belly is well packed with greens, onions and lemon. The terpug goes on a foil. On the back of the fish, deep incisions are made into which the lemons are placed. If there is still onion, then it can be put on top of the dish. The fish is wrapped in foil and sent to the oven for 25 minutes.

Many housewives wonder how to cook rasp. But the simplest and most traditional Russian dish is fish pie. To create it you need:

- half a glass of rice

- several onions
- lavrushka.
The dough is rolled into a very thin layer, which is carefully transferred to a baking sheet. Inside is laid a pre-prepared filling in layers. First, boiled rice gets there, then chopped bay leaf, then chopped onions and fish fillet on top. Pieces of butter are placed on the fish, and the edges of the dough all the filling is covered.
It would be nice to leave the pie alone for a while while it is infused. Only then it is put in the oven, where it is baked. For tea, it will be an excellent gift for all households.
Recipe: "rasp in lecho"
Fish stewed with vegetables - this dish is very tasty and full of vitamins. You will need rasp (1 fish), several tomatoes, large bell pepper, onion and a clove of garlic. Fish should be washed, cleaned, separated from the bones and cut into small and thin slices. Peel the tomatoes, and they themselves are crushed in the form of cubes. Of course, if you already have lecho, then tomatoes can be replaced with it.
Onions with garlic are cut and sautéed in butter. Peppers and tomatoes are added there. Almost at the end everything is salted, and rasp is added to such a lecho. About half an hour is needed to make the dish ready.
