Cottage cheese cream quick recipe
A very delicious cream, which is coated with cakes, looks like whipped condensed milk. But first, let's get the foundation ready. First, take a small saucepan, beat 2 eggs in it with two tablespoons of honey (it is better to take liquid flower), add a glass of sugar, a pinch of soda and baking powder. Now this mixture must be heated until foaming, then reduce the heat and wait until it doubles.
The described procedure takes exactly 10 minutes. Pour the flour into a slightly cooled mass in small portions and mix thoroughly each time. By consistency, you will understand when you need to stop - it will become quite dense. Cool the dough for a while in the refrigerator, cut into 5 parts (do not add too much flour when rolling, otherwise the cakes will become stiff). Bake the cakes for 5 minutes, remove from the baking sheet while still hot, cut to the shape of a wide plate. In order to cook the cream, you will need 400 g of elastic (this means that it cannot be completely dry, but the increased fat content will make it crumbly) cottage cheese, two yolks, vanilla and a glass of sugar. All of the above should be whipped or rubbed through a sieve. Then slowly heat, stirring.
Boil a little, add two tablespoons of butter. After collecting the cake, coat with warm cream. Finish decorating it by sprinkling with scraps of cake.
Chocolate Biscuit Quick Cake Recipe
This delicacy is a compromise between lightness, taste and speed of preparation. The key ingredient in the cream is half a kilogram of good-quality fat-free cottage cheese. Flour, this quick cake recipe requires you to take only 3 tbsp. l., and the cream is the most low-fat (they will need 1 tbsp.), so you can rightly call this dessert low-calorie. Make a classic biscuit by whisking separately the whites and yolks of four eggs and adding flour, six tablespoons of sugar and cocoa. However, the same quick cake recipe can be repeated with white cake. In this case, dispense with cocoa. Cool the baked biscuit and cut into two unequal parts. Lay thinner at the bottom of a detachable cling film. Now prepare the cream - rub the cottage cheese with half a glass of sugar, pour gelatin on the syrup from canned fruit. Mix with cottage cheese, add a pack of sweet curd with raisins. Cut the fruit and most of the cake into small pieces and place in the cream. Shuffle everything and put on the first cake. After the cake has spent the night in the refrigerator, pour it with icing from a mixture of chocolate (or cocoa) and cream.
