To prepare this unusual snack you will need the following products:

  • turnip medium size in the amount of 6 pcs.;
  • ripe fig fruits - 9 pcs.;
  • Camembert cheese - about 125 g;
  • tarragon leaves - 15 g (at the rate of 5 pieces per 1 fig).

For the sauce:

  • orange peel - 1 spoon (dessert);
  • orange juice - 2 tablespoons (large);
  • mayonnaise (preferably home-made) - 3 tbsp. l

1 step

First steamed turnip should be prepared. The recipe is simple. You can use a double boiler or slow cooker. We wash the vegetable and put it in a double boiler. After 20 minutes, the turnip is already steamed. In a slow cooker we place the vegetable on a special tray, pour water down and set the "Steam cooking" function. Time - 20-30 minutes.

Cut the figs into 4 slices (do not cut to the end). The fruit should look like a blossoming flower. Put a piece of Camembert in the middle and put in the oven for 12 minutes.

3 step

After the indicated time we take out the figs and, without cooling, decorate with tarragon leaves. Remove the zest from the orange, finely three, part mix with mayonnaise. Pour a few tablespoons of citrus juice, salt, pepper and mix.

  • small turnips - 9 pcs.;
  • 150 arugula leaves

For the sauce:

  • Dor Blue cheese in an amount of 60 g;
  • pine nuts - 1 large spoon;
  • homemade mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • granular mustard - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • parsley, salt and pepper - optional.

Cooking technology

Put turnips in a double boiler for 20 minutes. Grind nuts into crumbs. Mix them with Dor Blue cheese grated (fine). Add mayonnaise and chopped parsley, season with mustard and mix. Pepper and salt. The sauce is ready. Put the leaves of arugula on the dish, season them with sauce. Cool turnips, peel and cut into long sharp slices. Put on arugula and pour sauce.

  • a couple of spoons of granular mustard;
  • a couple of prune stuff.

Put turnips to cook in a double boiler for 20 minutes. Then cool, clean and cut into slices. We mix mustard with mayonnaise and finely chopped prunes. Pour a small amount of sauce on a plate, put turnip slices, pour sauce and decorate with prunes.
