Pork ribs recipes
Ribs - the upper part of the sternum, in which there is a muscle layer, a small amount of fat and the middle part of the ribs. The most delicious place is considered intercostal meat. It is very tender, soft and literally melts in your mouth.
Recipe number 1: ribs with spices
This recipe includes the following set of products:
- pork ribs - 2 kg;
- soy sauce and vegetable oil - 4 tbsp each. spoons;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of honey and sesame oil;
- fresh garlic - 2 heads;
- seeds of coriander, caraway seeds, fennel, salt and ground pepper (black).
Cooking technology
Pork ribs are cooked quickly. In this recipe, you must first mix the crushed garlic with pepper, salt and other spices, honey, oils and soy sauce. Place the ribs in the mixture and marinate a little. Then fry in hot oil. Then add some water and simmer for 25 minutes at low heat. Serve the dish with pickled or fresh vegetables.
Pork ribs: recipe with apples
Required Products:
- meat pork ribs weighing 1 kg;
- salt pepper;
- spoon (tablespoon) of honey;
- a glass of broth;
- several onions;
- sour apples (the best is the Antonovka variety);
- a glass of thick cream.
Cooking technology
Chop the ribs into pieces. Heat a spoonful of oil in a pan (over high heat). Put honey. As soon as the mixture boils, put some of the ribs in it. Fry on all sides. A crust should appear. Take out the first portion and lay the second. Fat will remain in the pan after frying, chopped onions must be spassed in it. Place the ribs in a saucepan or cast iron. Pour the broth (vegetable or meat). Place the container on a small fire and simmer until the meat softens. After half an hour of cooking, put onion and finely chopped apple in a cast iron. Add salt and pepper. After 10 minutes, pour in the cream. Remove the lid and evaporate excess liquid over high heat (the sauce should become thick). Do not forget to stir, otherwise everything may burn. If you use milk, then thicken the sauce with a few tablespoons of flour. Dishes with pork ribs, especially prepared according to this recipe, are best served with a vegetable side dish. Enjoy your meal!
Pork ribs: meat for a beer party
Required Products:
- pork ribs weighing about a kilogram;
- a couple of tablespoons of liquid honey;
- grated ginger;
- a spoonful of sweet paprika, ground chili and salt.
Cooking technology
Chop the ribs, put in a bowl and add spices. Stir, then grease them with honey. Marinate for 6 hours. Then put on a baking sheet, anointed with oil. Put the ovens down and turn on the double grill function (or maximum power). Bake meat for 20 minutes on each side. As soon as the ribs are browned, remove and serve to the table. This dish is great for both a beer party and a regular dinner.
