Potato casserole with mushrooms, bacon and chicken

One of the few dishes that do not require a waste of time to prepare is considered a potato casserole with mushrooms, bacon, chicken or other toppings. To prepare a potato casserole, it will not take so much time. Initially, you need to decide which products you will cook it from. You can use mushrooms, bacon, chicken or any other meat for this.

Potato casserole with mushrooms and broccoli

Products for cooking:

Inflorescences of broccoli - 7-8 pieces;

Cauliflower - 7-8 inflorescences;

Onion - a couple of pieces;

Potatoes - 1.2 kg;

Champignons - 450 g;

Cream - a few tablespoons of tablespoons;

First you need to boil the potatoes in salt water, then add an egg to it, a couple of tablespoons of butter and mash in mashed potatoes. Then leave the potatoes to cool for a while. Now you should start cooking the filling, which will consist of onions and mushrooms. Mushrooms and onions should be finely chopped and sautΓ©ed in a skillet. When the mushrooms start letting the juice, it is necessary to add salt and cream, then fry everything for about 12 minutes. Meanwhile, broccoli and cauliflower should be boiled, and then put them on a dish.

Now you can begin to form the casserole. To do this, take a baking sheet and grease it with oil (you can use olive, cream or vegetable). Then put mashed potatoes on it evenly. Spread the mushrooms on top, then again a layer of mashed potatoes. You can sprinkle the casserole with spices to taste. The final layer is cauliflower and broccoli, which we spread evenly on top of mashed potatoes. Now the dish should be sprinkled with grated cheese and put in the oven. Baked for no more than 24 minutes at 190 degrees.

For someone who truly appreciates the taste of potato dishes, this recipe will be one of the most beloved. Products for cooking:

Bacon - 300 g;

Onion - a few pieces;

Potatoes - 4-5 pieces;

Sour cream - 3 tablespoons of tablespoons;

Salt, spices

First you need to cut the meat into strips. Finely chop the onion and fry over low heat for 6 minutes, then add bacon to it and fry for a few more minutes. It is advisable to fry the meat so that a golden crust is formed. Now peel the potatoes, grate it, mix with sour cream. Then add a little salt, you can use spices to taste. Now mix potatoes, bacon and onions. Put the mass in a baking dish. The dish is baked for about 25 minutes at 210 degrees. Served hot with sour cream.

To prepare this dish, you can take chicken fillet or chicken thighs. Ingredients:

Chicken meat - 450 g;

Potato - 450 g;

Mushrooms (you can take mushrooms for cooking) - about 450 g;

Onion - a couple of pieces;

Cream - 20 ml;

Salt, spices;

Sunflower oil;

Greens;

Pepper (red sausage)

Initially, you need to cut the chicken into slices, so it is best to take the fillet. Cut the onion into rings, and the mushrooms into small slices. Now fry the meat with onions over low heat. Then also fry the mushrooms with a small amount of onion separately. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into small slices. Now we take the baking dish and put the mushrooms in it, which we fill with cream. Put potatoes on top and chicken meat on it. You can also sprinkle with grated cheese if desired. Then put everything in the oven and bake at 190 degrees for about half an hour. When the potato casserole with mushrooms and chicken is ready, sprinkle it with herbs.
