Potted beef
Cut half a kilo of beef into pieces and pickle them in a mixture of peppers, salt, paprika and olive oil. Put them in the refrigerator for an hour.

Potato beef
Cut half a kilo of beef into medium slices. Preheat a pan with sunflower oil and fry the meat, pre-salt. Put 2 onion sliced ββinto half rings on the meat, sprinkle with a tablespoon of flour. Fry for 6 minutes. Dice half a kilo of potato. Put meat in pots, and then potatoes, pour 3 cups of broth. You also need to put a spoonful of tomato and sour cream, bay leaf. Cover and put in the oven for an hour and a half at a temperature of 180 degrees. Sprinkle with chopped dill.
Beef in a pot with vegetables
Rinse a kilogram of beef, peel the films and veins and cut into cubes. 3 onions and tomato are also finely chopped. Peel the head of garlic and set aside 4 cloves. Grind the rest with a knife.
Pickle meat: put it in a pan, add chopped onions, tomato and garlic. Salt and add ground pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients well and set aside for half an hour.
Peel and dice half a kilo of potatoes. We spread the pickled meat in each pot, on which it is necessary to put a spoonful of mayonnaise, and then potatoes. In each place a clove of garlic. Cut 120 g of hard cheese into thick slices and arrange in pots. Then put a piece of butter on top and one more spoonful of mayonnaise. Place closed pots in the oven. Two hours at a temperature of 200 degrees will be enough.
Beef in a pot with crackers
Rinse a pound of beef, cut into portions. Then beat off the meat, sprinkle with pepper, salt and bread in breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan on margarine. Cut 50 g of bacon into thin slices, in a pan, melt fat from them and lightly fry 3 carrots and 3 onion heads cut into strips. Add water and simmer until soft. Dice 100 g of black bread, fry in butter and mix with stewed vegetables. Put a spoonful of tomato. Finely chop a few olives and add to the vegetables. Stew for 5 minutes. At the bottom of each pot put pieces of bacon, and then half the prepared meat. Put a layer of vegetables with crackers and cover with a second piece of meat.
Mix the egg with 2 cups of sour cream and pour the contents of the pots with this mixture, which then put in the oven (until cooked). Garnish the dish with parsley and lemon slices.
Grilled beef
