- wheat flour - a full glass;
- ripe banana - 2 pcs.;
- granulated sugar - 1.5 cups;
- baking soda and apple vinegar - Β½ small spoon.
Kneading process
Banana cake can be made from any base, but the most delicious dessert is obtained from a delicate and soft biscuit. To cook it, you need to break the eggs and separate the proteins from the yolks. The first ones need to be whipped with a whisk, and the second ones are put together with sugar, sour cream and 2 peeled bananas in a blender and chop until a homogeneous gruel is obtained. Further, both masses must be combined, and then, stirring regularly, pour wheat flour into them. In order for the banana cake to turn out to be large and lush, it is necessary to add baking soda to the biscuit dough , which should be quenched with apple cider vinegar.
Cake baking
The resulting dough must be poured into a baking dish, oiled, and then sent to the oven for 45 minutes. After this time, the banana biscuit should be removed from the dishes, put on a cutting board and cool in the air. In the meantime, you can do cooking butter cream.

After obtaining a homogeneous sweet-oil mixture, you can safely proceed to smearing the biscuit.

Sour cream-banana cake should begin to form only after the biscuit has completely cooled. Next, it must be cut into three cakes (if height allows), and then put one part on the cake and grease it with plenty of cream. In order to make the dessert original, it is advisable to lay thin slices of fresh banana on top of each cake. You should get up a fairly high cake with sweet cream and fruit.
The surface of the dessert is preferably coated with white glaze. To do this, melt milk light chocolate with two tablespoons of milk and butter. Then warm icing needs to be poured over the cake and, until it has frozen, put slices of banana on it.
Proper serving
Sponge banana cake should be served only after it has been completely soaked in cream. To do this, it is recommended to place the dessert in the refrigerator for 9-12 hours. Then it must be cut into pieces and presented to guests on separate saucers along with hot tea.
