Mix one hundred grams of melted butter with an incomplete cup of milk. Add the beaten large egg and two hundred grams of brown sugar. Sift flour (240 grams) through a colander along with a baking powder (for greater splendor, you can sift several times). Stir it into the butter-egg mixture. Salt. Roll the washed and dried cranberries in flour (so that it is evenly distributed in the dough). Add to the rest of the ingredients. Very carefully, with a plastic spatula, stir - so as not to crush the berries.

Cupcakes in paper molds must be baked in an oven preheated to one hundred eighty degrees for about forty minutes. Grease the finished baking with butter, garnish with nuts and dried fruits. For coconut lovers, you can make muffins in tins with the aroma of this exotic nut. You will need a large can of coconut syrup, two eggs, two hundred grams of sour cream of medium fat content, a baking powder and two tablespoons of deodorized vegetable oil. Flour is needed near a glass - it needs to be added gradually, controlling the consistency. It should be a dough as a pancake (or a little thicker). After mixing all the ingredients, put it in molds and bake at a temperature of 170 degrees for about twenty minutes. The amount of sugar can be increased in this recipe - depending on individual preferences.
