How to quickly and tasty bake pollock with potatoes in the oven

Pollock is the king of domestic fish. In Soviet times, it was cooked every Thursday, and now people have some kind of bias towards this fish. And completely in vain! After that, put potato circles on the bottom of the pan, half the vegetable frying on top, then pieces of fish and finish the composition with the remaining fried vegetables.

We dilute the sour cream a little with water to make it thinner, chop the garlic there and add a pinch of ground nutmeg. Pour our dish with the resulting sauce. Some housewives recommend starting with potatoes. It must be cleaned and cooked until partially cooked. When the potatoes are cooked in half, they need to be removed, cooled and cut into large circles. This is done so that it is well baked in the oven. But this action is not required. If you have a powerful oven and young potatoes, then you can do without it.

There is another amazing way to bake pollock with potatoes in the oven. But for this you need special pots. If they are not, you can cook pollock with potatoes in the oven in ordinary half-liter glass jars.

Here you need already fillet of pollock. If you have carcasses, then you need to remove all the bones. We cut the fish into small pieces a little smaller than a matchbox. Potatoes and onions in small cubes, and carrots in circles.

We put some potatoes on the bottom of the pot, then onions and carrots, more potatoes and put the fish almost to the very top. Due to the fact that the dish is stewed, it is not salted in advance.
