Take six eggs, divide into squirrels and yolks. Beat the first to hard peaks. Rub the yolks with half a glass of sugar and add to the protein mixture. Then gently mix one hundred grams of melted butter and a glass of sifted flour. Add a glass of oven-baked and crushed walnuts. Bake each cake for twenty-five minutes. An oil cream with condensed milk is well suited for such a biscuit. It can be done at home - by mixing a glass of regular milk with half a glass of dried milk and the same amount of sugar. Boil this mixture for one hour in a water bath. Cool the resulting condensed milk (it is better to let it spend the night in the refrigerator) and beat with butter. Spread cakes with cream on both sides, sprinkle with walnuts and top with cream too. The top layer should be thick enough - since the mastic adheres better to the oil mass. Then proceed to decorate.

You will need two packs of marshmallows called โ€œmarshmallowsโ€. What shape should your first do-it-yourself cake with mastic have? It is better to make it round - then it will be easier to decorate. You can complicate the task a bit and take a shape in the shape of a heart or a star. For the first time, it is not recommended to try to make a cake in the shape of a pony or a dragon. Although this is nothing complicated (you just need to cut out the figures from the paper and then attach them to the finished cake - this will help give the parts of the cake the desired shape). But for the first time, focus on the preparation of mastic - you need to learn the technology of its preparation well and practice rolling out the sweet mass. And also sculpt molds, roses and figures from it. Marshmallows should be poured with lemon juice and put in the microwave for a short time (half a minute) or in a water bath. They will melt. While the mass is cooling, icing sugar must be poured into it so that the finished mastic has an average density, is not sticky to the hands, but not too hard. Once it is ready, place it in the refrigerator for several hours. Then roll on a board sprinkled with starch and cut from it a layer that will cover the cake with your own hands with mastic. Marshmallow can be dyed with different dyes - both artificial food and natural (cocoa, turmeric). Cover the cake with mastic sheets, giving it the desired shape.
