Chopping is the easiest way to turn an ordinary piece of meat into an excellent dish through a set of simple steps. It got its name not by accident. Usually chops are fried in a pan. But in the case of beef, experts advise better to use the oven. After all, this meat is much tougher than, for example, pork or chicken. Kefir beef with onion
Beef is quite tough. Therefore, before heat treatment it is better to marinate it. In order to cook delicious beef chops in the oven, you will need a few products:
- 1 onion;
- salt;
- 400 grams of beef meat;
- ground pepper;
- 70 milliliters of kefir;
- fragrant seasonings.
To cook meat according to this recipe, it will take no more than one and a half hours. You will need to take the following steps in turn:
- A piece of beef cut into layers with a thickness of not more than one centimeter.

- 1 kilogram of beef tenderloin;

- 12 grams of natural honey;
