Also, eating it has a positive effect on the health of the skeletal system. Fried rice is rich in vitamin A, which is also found in carrots. It favorably affects a person's vision, preventing its deterioration. Carbohydrates contained in cereals are charged with energy for the whole day.

Chicken Fried Rice

This recipe came to Russia from Asian cuisine. The dish has a bright, rich taste and spicy aroma. Ingredients such as eggs and beans complement the recipe, making rice even more nutritious.

Necessary components:

  • 230 grams of finished poultry meat;
  • four glasses of white rice;
  • carrot;
  • 3-6 grams of garlic;
  • a glass of sprouted beans;
  • a teaspoon of ginger;
  • onion;
  • 5 grams of salt;
  • 50 ml of soy sauce;
  • 35 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 35 ml of sesame oil;

Fried Rice Recipe:

  1. Boil the grits.
  2. Stew or fry the chicken (at your discretion).
  3. Rinse well with carrots, onions, garlic and beans. Chop carrots and onions.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add all the ingredients from the third stage.
  5. Stir with black pepper. Put chicken to vegetables.
  6. Add sesame oil. Fry over low heat.
  7. Beat the eggs in a bowl, beat like an omelet. Mix with rice.
  8. Add the mixture to the pan, fry for a couple of minutes. Stir constantly.
  9. Spread the sauce evenly over the dish and cook for a minute.

For decoration, you can add a little green onion or any other greens.

Required Products:

  • a glass of white rice;
  • carrot;
  • parsnip;
  • 10-12 g of garlic;
  • 35 ml of soy sauce;
  • 45 ml of vegetable oil;
  • chili pepper;
  • Sichuan pepper (can be replaced with black pepper in the shape of a pea).

Cooking fried rice with vegetables:

  1. Boil the rice.
  2. Rinse and chop the carrots and parsnips in small pieces.
  3. Heat oil in a bowl, fry garlic and peppers.
  4. Add chopped vegetables. Fry until cooked.
  5. Put the cereals with the dishes. Mix.
  6. Five minutes later add the sauce.
  7. Cook ten minutes.

Cooked groats should have a crumbly structure.

To prepare the dish we need:

  • finished white rice;
  • some meat or seafood (to your taste);
  • 5 ml of fish sauce;
  • half a tomato and a cucumber;
  • one tablespoon of soy sauce;
  • cilantro;
  • 9-12 g of garlic;
  • lime;
  • chili pepper;
  • egg;
  • vegetable oil (a few spoons).

Thai Fried Rice Cooking:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan. Fry pepper with garlic.
  2. Pour rice.
  3. Add fish and soy sauce. Mix gently.
  4. Cut vegetables and put them in rice with meat.
  5. Break the egg and distribute it throughout the dish.
  6. Add herbs and spices.

The dish is decorated with chopped cucumber and a slice of lime lying on the edge of the dishes. In tourist restaurants, rice is served in a bowl of pineapple.

Korean style fried rice

Like many Asian dishes, Korean rice has a sharp and spicy taste. The main ingredient is kimchi. It is a spicy sauerkraut seasoned with spices. This way of cooking rice will appeal to lovers of spicy or who want to try something unusual.

Components:

  • 400 grams of finished white rice;
  • 300 grams of kimchi;
  • two carrots;
  • onion;
  • 18-25 grams of garlic;
  • zucchini;
  • a tablespoon of soy sauce;
  • ready-made shrimp (optional);
  • one tbsp. l sesame oil.

Stages of cooking fried rice:

  1. Wash and chop carrots, onions, kimchi and zucchini.
  2. Finely chop the garlic.
  3. Heat the pan, add vegetable and sesame oil.
  4. Fry zucchini, carrots and onions (until onions are ready).
  5. Add the garlic. Fry the mixture for a couple of minutes.
  6. Add kimchi with shrimp. Let them warm up.
  7. Put the finished rice. Pour the sauce over the dish.
  8. Cook for a few minutes before warming the white rice.

Shrimp can be replaced with other seafood or meat.
