Without salads, life loses a significant part of its charm. The diet becomes less healthy - in any case, gastroenterologists and nutritionists assure us so. But most housewives get hung up on some standard set of snacks and forget about the great variety that world culinary offers us. Letโs try to take a step away from stereotypes and prepare a salad with nuts that can give even a primitive set of ingredients piquancy and sophistication. And which one to choose is up to you.

Ham (150 g) is cut into strips, the same amount of cheese is rubbed. Three eggs are boiled hard, cleaned and cut - not in cubes, as usual, but in strips. Walnuts are ground; in ground form, they should be about half a glass.
Salad should be collected in layers: ham, sprinkled with nuts and coated with mayonnaise, then eggs, also with nuts and grease, then mushrooms - sprinkled with nuts, mayonnaise is not needed - and cheese cover, sprinkled with nut crumbs and with a beautiful grid of the same mayonnaise. You can decorate with strips of ham and sprigs of greenery. The dish should be saturated completely, so it is better to do it in the evening.

Children on a holiday do not have to cook complex, heavy and not very useful cakes with pastries. No less, and maybe more, your offspring will be pleased with a fruit salad with nuts. You can buy products for him at any supermarket, and if you donโt have any, you can connect your imagination and find a replacement for them.
