Today, the original Caesar salad, invented by Cardini in his personal restaurant in Mexico in 1924, received many different versions. For example, many people prefer to simplify it, add arbitrary ingredients and exclude raw eggs from the composition. As new ingredients, I often add shrimp, chicken and even bacon. Below is an instruction for preparing one of these options.
So, Caesar salad with shrimp - recipe and ingredients:

How to cook Caesar salad with shrimp? Recipe:
In the middle bowl, mix the first six ingredients to make the sauce. Beat all the ingredients well to make a homogeneous mass. Try the resulting mixture to taste and add salt if necessary. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to allow aromas to combine. As mentioned above, the sauce added to the Caesar salad with shrimp is a classic and contains anchovy paste. Unfortunately, some housewives do not understand the taste of this product and try to replace it with something else. This is still not worth doing.
Anchovies are small silver fish found in the Mediterranean Sea and are popular in the cuisines of this region. Pasta is prepared from their chopped fillet with salt and a little sugar. This product is slightly salted, so do not forget to adjust the amount of salt in your dish.
Continuing to cook Caesar salad with shrimps, the recipe of which we are considering, tear (do not cut with a knife) the salad into small pieces and rinse thoroughly. Dry the crushed leaves on a sieve or paper towels. Stack them in a large bowl.
In a small non-stick pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes, until they turn pink and curl, but try not to overcook them. Remove them from the pan and set aside. In the same bowl, heat the remaining olive oil and fry the bread cubes until they are browned on both sides. Put them on a plate and let cool.
Add chilled sauce to lettuce and mix well. Transfer to a salad bowl or serving dish. Before serving, add the shrimp and toasted bread.
This shrimp Caesar salad, the recipe of which we have reviewed, is great for those who are afraid to eat raw eggs. In addition, lovers of spicy taste can try to prepare croutons in another way. To do this, mix olive oil with chopped garlic and let it brew for half an hour. Using a brush or sprayer, apply the resulting garlic oil to bread cubes, place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, and bake in the oven until golden brown. Thus, "Caesar", a salad (a recipe with shrimp or without them, does not matter), which can be diversified almost to infinity, relying only on your taste.
