Turkey in the oven. How to bake?

Tender turkey meat requires strict adherence to the cooking recipe, especially when it comes to cooking time. It is very quick and easy to dry, and this does not make it possible to fully appreciate the aroma and taste of the finished dish. Below are the recipes that describe the various ways to cook a turkey. You just have to choose and try.

Turkey in the oven.

Prepare a five-kilogram turkey, a little butter, one liter of hot water, a cube of chicken broth, two tablespoons of dried parsley, two tablespoons of dried onion, two tablespoons of spicy salt.

Place a completely cleaned and thoroughly washed turkey on a baking sheet, gently separate the skin from the meat on the breast, put pieces of butter under the skin to make the meat tender and dry.

Stir the water with a cube of broth, dry onion and dry parsley. Then pour it over the turkey and sprinkle it with spicy salt.

Bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for three or four hours, covered with aluminum foil. About forty-five minutes before the end of cooking, remove the foil so that the turkey is browned. Delicious turkey in the oven is fully prepared. Now you can proudly serve it on the table, to the delight of relatives and guests.

Oven turkey with cheese and mustard

Take a pound of turkey fillet, one hundred fifty-two hundred grams of hard cheese, two eggs, one red onion, two teaspoons of mustard, two teaspoons of sour cream, the same amount of mayonnaise, a little dried basil, ground black pepper, salt and vegetable oil to grease the form.

Sprinkle the washed, dried and sliced ​​meat with spices and brush with a mixture of sour cream, mustard and mayonnaise. So leave for an hour to marinate at room temperature.

Mix the cheese grated on a fine grater with beaten eggs. Cut the peeled onions in half rings.

Now put the turkey in a greased vegetable baking dish and sprinkle the onion on top. Then fill with a mixture of cheese and eggs, put in a preheated oven (180 degrees). Bake the dish for about thirty minutes.

Oven-baked turkey with prunes and honey mushrooms

Prepare six hundred grams of turkey (breast), one hundred and fifty grams of honey mushrooms, one onion, two cloves of garlic, one hundred grams of prunes (seedless), one sprig of thyme (dried), some vegetable oil, pepper and salt.

To prepare the filling, unfreeze the honey mushrooms, rinse them and chop. Then fry in vegetable oil for three minutes, add finely chopped garlic and fry together until a garlic smell appears. Next, add thyme leaves, chopped onion, and fry again for about three minutes. Then add the prunes cut into strips.

Rinse thoroughly washed and dried turkey with salt and pepper. Cut in the middle to make a pocket, where you put the filling. Secure with toothpicks, wrap the meat in foil so that it is convenient to open it during baking. Put it in the oven (190 degrees).

When baking, open the foil several times and pour meat on the juice that forms. In the last twenty minutes, do not cover the meat with foil so that it is slightly browned. After about an hour of cooking, you can remove the toothpicks and serve.

Tasty turkey in the sleeve

It will take a kilogram of turkey, a little salt, black pepper, garlic, spices.
Make small cuts along the entire length of the washed and dried fillet. Insert in them chopped into small pieces garlic with spices. Then rub the meat with pepper and salt.

Place the fillet in the sleeve and place on the wire rack of the cold oven. Place a baking sheet under the bottom. Make a few holes on top of the sleeve to allow steam to escape.
