- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise of any fat content;
- 300 grams of hard cheese;
- half a liter of water, maybe a little more;
- salt and seasoning.
Some also like to add mushrooms or vegetables: carrots, cabbage and so on. This is a matter of taste. It is still worth making a casserole with pasta pork, but without the addition of vegetables.
Cooking process
There is absolutely nothing complicated, everything is done very quickly and easily.
- The meat must be washed. Cut it into pieces that will conveniently scroll.
- Peel the onion, roll it through the meat grinder along with the meat.
- Pour a little sunflower oil into a deep pan, fry the minced meat with onion on it. When the juice becomes less, salt, add seasoning, tomato paste and mayonnaise. Pour in water (it may take more than half a liter, the broth should be 2 centimeters above the level of minced meat). Stew for 10 minutes.
- Divide pasta into three parts. Put one on the bottom of the pan. Put half the minced meat and half the broth on top. Put another layer of pasta, and chopped tomatoes and half the grated cheese on top. The third layer is pasta, on top of the remains of minced meat with broth and cheese.
