- 350 ml of kefir of any fat content.
- 1 tsp refined oil.

The process of preparing such kvass from rye flour without yeast is quite lengthy. In total, it takes about two days. First, the flour is combined with half the available sugar and poured with a small amount of heated water. The resulting creamy mass is supplemented with raisins and left for a day in a deep saucepan. Not earlier than twenty-four hours, dried fruits are extracted from it. 300 g of the finished yeast is combined with three tablespoons of rye flour and the remaining sugar. All this is poured with two liters of warm water, covered with a lid and left for five hours.
Dumplings with cottage cheese
This delicious and easy-to-cook dish is perfect for a morning meal. To stick rye flour dumplings, you will need:

- 250 g flour (rye).
- 4 tbsp. l deodorized vegetable oil.
- 120 g of flour (wheat).

- 250 g of fresh granular cottage cheese.
- 150 g wild garlic.
- Pepper and ground nutmeg.
First you need to do the test. To prepare it in a deep bowl combine two types of flour, raw eggs, salt, vegetable oil and water. All thoroughly knead, cover with food-grade polyethylene and leave for fifteen minutes. The infused dough is rolled out in a layer and cut into identical circles. Each of them is filled with a mixture of cottage cheese, wild garlic, ground pepper and nutmeg, and then decorated in the form of dumplings and boiled in salted boiling water. This delicious and incredibly simple treat has a pleasant orange aroma. It was invented by Jewish housewives, but enjoys well-deserved popularity among European and American sweet tooth. To bake a rye flour cake, you will need:
- 70 g of sugar.
- 170 g flour (rye).
- 200 g of liquid linden honey.
- 2 raw eggs.
- 1 tsp. cinnamon powder and outstanding soda.
- ½ tsp ground ginger.
- 2 tbsp. l deodorized vegetable oil.
- Ripe orange and sweet powder.
First you need to do the eggs. They are intensively processed through a mixer, and then supplemented with honey and vegetable oil. The resulting mass is shaken with a whisk and combined with bulk components. Almost finished dough is flavored with orange zest and six tablespoons of citrus juice, and then laid out in a heat-resistant round shape and baked for 40 minutes at 180 ° C. The browned product is sprinkled with sweet powder.
Apple pie
This recipe will surely fall into the personal collection of homemade fruit baking lovers. The pie made on it turns out to be very soft and fragrant. To treat them to your relatives and friends, you will need:
- 150 g flour (peeled rye).
- 150 g of sugar (brown).
