Recipe for Flavored Stewed Rice

Rice - cereal, which is made from seeds of plants of the genus Rice. It is considered a national food product in China and Asia. It happens polished and unpolished. Next, grits should be allowed to simmer over low heat until the water has completely evaporated. After this, turn off the heat and leave the stewed rice under the lid for 15 minutes. After the rice cereal is steamed, it can be served on the table as a side dish for meat or seafood.

You can make stewed rice in a slow cooker. To do this, rinse it well to clean water. Pour a glass of cereal into the bowl of the multicooker and fill it with two glasses of cold water. Salt and add spices to taste, and then a tablespoon of any vegetable oil. Next, set the desired mode on the multicooker, usually β€œPilaf” or β€œRice”. And you can do your own thing, the car will give a signal of the readiness of the dish. The side dish is crumbly and very fragrant.

With seafood

Rice should be boiled separately from seafood. To do this, take cereals (preferably varieties Jasmine or Basmati), rinse well. Pour into boiling salted water to taste and cook on low heat until all the water has gone. Next, turn off the heat and leave the rice under the lid to steam.

Seafood can be taken to your taste: shrimp, mussels, scallops, squid, baby octopus. You can use a ready-made sea cocktail. Defrost food, rinse well, clean mussels, cut squids into rings. Melt a piece of butter in a pan, pour seafood, salt, and pepper to taste. You can squeeze juice from half a lemon. Constantly stirring, fry for only a couple of minutes so that the seafood does not become rubber. Then mix rice and seafood. The dish is ready.
