The plot of "Hundreds" is full of diverse details. This is a nuclear disaster, which we learn a little about, but it has become a fundamental cause of all events, and the difficulties of people surviving in conditions of limited resources on a space station.
The most interesting part begins with the forced sending of hundreds of teenage criminals to Earth 97 out of 200 required years after radiation exposure. Their task is to give information to others whether it is possible to live on the planet. The native home met children from outer space, testing their survival skills. Arrivals need to adapt to the conditions of the natural environment, overcome all obstacles, learn to live in a new way. And the main surprise is that the surface of the planet is not deserted. As established in all newly formed societies, there are those who do not like the general order. And in the world of the "new land" such a group formed. Conflicts between the polar sides give the plot sharpness. For a fresh, rich storyline and a place of interest for lovers of The Lost World and Jurassic Park, the Terra Nova series is rightfully included in the best post-apocalyptic series.
"Supernatural" (2005-2015)
"Supernatural" has become a cult series. Season after season, he deserved new fans and therefore extended. If the first seasons are stories in the style of the Buffy the Vampire Slayer, then the events became more global, reaching, in the end, to the end of the world. That is why the series about the post-apocalyptic world, the list of which we have presented here, complete the adventures of the Winchester brothers.
The end of the world in the "Supernatural" came at the request of Lucifer himself. The Winchester brothers were unable to prevent, and now - the viewer can see the post-apocalyptic picture of the world. It is worth noting right away that there will be no ruins of megalopolises and people in gas masks expected by the uninitiated in the specifics of the series. The post-apocalyptic world has not visually changed, but dozens of demons, biblical horsemen of the Apocalypse and other nightmarish creatures began to dwell in it. They are the sources of the moral end of the world, or rather, bad human actions.

The theme of the zombie series is continued by yet another series - “Nation Z”. In the title, we already see a correlation with the science fiction film “War of the Worlds Z” with Brad Pitt. And at the sight of the first shots, we are wondering if we have again been included in The Walking Dead under a different name. But no, "Nation" has replenished post-apocalyptic series, the list of which is growing faster and faster.

The Last Ship (2014)
In the series "The Last Ship", a small group of people find themselves on an ocean liner for experiments. And then they see something amiss: the news from the shore became strange. Then comes the understanding that during their stay on the ship the entire planet was swept by an epidemic that destroyed most of the population.
As in many post-apocalyptic series, there is a motive for a grand mission to save the human species from complete extinction. The mission, naturally, fell on the shoulders of a small number of people. Solving difficult problems is what the audience likes.
