  • breadcrumbs - three tbsp. l

How to cook

Build these chicken cutlets with buckwheat like this:

  1. Rinse the chicken, dry with a napkin, chop into small pieces. Combine them with cold prepared buckwheat porridge in a separate bowl.
  2. Peel the onions and garlic, wash. Cut the onion into bars, leave the garlic in its original form, add to the base composition.
  3. All prepared components, alternating, pass through a meat grinder, getting a single mass.
  4. Beat the egg into the minced meat. Stir the mass intensively, pepper and salt.
  5. Moisten your hands with water and form small little balls of identical parameters. Bread in each breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat a large frying pan on the stove, pour oil on it, then lower the meatballs. Cook over medium heat until golden brown on the surface.
