Breakfast is rightly considered the most important meal, on which the quality of life of each person during the day directly depends. However, many simply do not have time to wake up enough to eat well, while others do not have enough time to cook something substantial. A thick round bun is cut parallel to the surface of the table into two halves, so much pulp is removed from them so that an egg fits in the "nest". The resulting "cups", smeared with softened oil both inside and out, are placed in the oven for just a couple of minutes - to find a blush. Then a testicle is driven into each half. From above, the workpiece is generously sprinkled with grated cheese and slightly sprayed with oil. Thus prepared egg in a bun, in the oven is aged until the yolk is folded. Before use, it is recommended to crush with chopped fresh herbs.

For those who cannot see their life without meat, there are morning buns with sausage and an egg in the oven. It is better to take sausage cooked or ham, with smoked it will be harsh. The insides are lubricated with oil (you can just put a very small piece), a spoon of chopped filling is poured into the “basket” - it should fill half the volume. If time is not running out for you, you can cook a more refined egg in a bun in the oven. The preparation of the foundation itself remains the same. For the "minced meat", very finely chopped mushrooms with onions are first fried. When they cool down a bit, mushrooms are laid out in bakery "cups." Before this, the filling must be drained from excess fluid so that the bottom does not get wet. An egg is broken on top of the mushrooms, half of a small tomato is placed on it (if there is no cherry at hand, you can put a circle of a larger tomato), it is salted and sprinkled with spices. The design is placed in the oven. After about ten minutes, the buns are taken out, sprinkled with grated cheese and returned back for another five minutes. The most delicious breakfast will be immediately from the stove, sprinkled with green onions and dill. You can, of course, and warm up, but it will be different.
