Juicy Pork with Pineapple and Cheese

The wonderful taste of this meat can only compete with the magnificence of its appearance. In addition, it is not at all difficult to cook this dish - even the most novice housewife will cope with it. Instead of frying standard chops, try to diversify your festive table, on which pork with pineapple and cheese will become the main dish.

Recipe: Pork with Pineapple and Cheese

The simplest version of this dish with a minimum set of products is as follows.

β€’ Wash the pork (1 kg), cut into portions, lightly beat. Salt and pepper the meat.

β€’ Open a jar of canned pineapple and pour the meat with pineapple juice from the jar. Leave in the refrigerator to marinate the meat for about 2 hours.

Pork with pineapple and cheese can be cooked in a slightly different way.

You can not marinate the meat in pineapple juice, but lightly fry on both sides in hot oil. After that, put the pieces of pork in a baking dish and put the pineapple rings and cheese on top. Keep in the oven for only 20 minutes.

Garnish ready-made portioned slices with olive or cherry tomato, located in the recess of the pineapple ring. A leaf of green parsley will complement the design.

To give even more juiciness to this unusually tasty meat, you can use mayonnaise by applying a mesh of mayonnaise to the meat.

Now you have the strength and pork with tomatoes and cheese. You already know the meat processing technology - try adding tomato and mayonnaise to the recipe. Apply mayonnaise to the meat, then put a circle of tomato and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

Pork with pineapple and cheese can also be cooked on a camping trip. If you don’t have either an oven or a microwave, you can still make it in a pan under the lid.

But there are some nuances: the meat should be pre-fried in vegetable oil until almost ready. Then, directly in the pan, put pineapple rings (or tomatoes) on the meat and sprinkle with cheese. On low heat under the lid, continue to cook the pork until the cheese is melted.
