  • dark chocolate - 100 g;
  • white chocolate - 100 g;
  • fine salt - 1/2 tsp;
  • vegetable oil - 250 ml.

The number of ingredients can be changed in one direction or another, depending on how many portions you want to cook. You can also use milk chocolate if white or dark is not suitable.

Cow's milk can be replaced with soy or almond (coconut), or without lactose. Quail eggs are suitable instead. Vegetable oil, if desired, is easily replaced with olive or pumpkin seeds.

  • Step 1. First, pour the yeast into the warmed milk, as well as a pinch of sugar and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  • Step 2. There we add eggs and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix everything thoroughly and beat with a whisk or a blender (at medium speed).
  • Step 3. Now we fill the flour, kneading the dough. In the end, you should get a rather sticky mass that holds its shape.
  • Step 4. Next, we remove it in a warm place for a couple of hours, until it increases in volume.
  • Step 5. Now proceed directly to the preparation of donuts with chocolate. On the stove we put a deep pan with vegetable oil. Let it warm up.
  • Step 6. At the same time, roll out the dough and cut out round donuts. We throw them into the oil heated in a frying pan. As soon as the rings rise, turn them over. We are waiting for a couple of seconds and pull out.
  • Step 7. It's time to start preparing the glaze. In a water bath we heat chocolate bars. Using a spoon, pour the donuts with chocolate or dip them directly into the bowl with it.

To prepare the goodies you will need to take the following ingredients:

  • chocolate with a high cocoa content - 100 g;
  • milk - 200 ml;
  • vanillin - 0.5 tsp;
  • dry yeast - 1 tsp;
  • butter - 35 g;
  • egg yolks - 3 pcs.;
  • granulated sugar - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • wheat flour - 400 g.

To make donuts with chocolate, you must follow the sequence of steps.

Initially, heat the milk and pour the yeast into it. Let it brew for about 15 minutes. Then add the oil, vanillin, as well as a spoonful of granulated sugar. Using a whisk, beat the mass, gradually adding flour. The mixture should be thick enough. Leave to brew for 40 minutes.

Then we roll out the dough into a pancake 1 cm thick. Using a special form or a glass, squeeze the circles, put small pieces of chocolate in the middle of half of them. Then we connect them in pairs with free cakes, pinching them around the edges.

Pour oil into a deep frying pan, heat and spread the donuts. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

  • granulated sugar - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • milk - 6 tbsp. l .;
  • cocoa (in the form of powder) - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • butter or ghee - 40 g.

Pour cocoa into a deep container, add sugar, as well as milk and butter. Mix all the ingredients, you can use a whisk. We put the container on the stove over medium heat. Cook until the sugar is completely dissolved. It is important to stir constantly so that the mass is homogeneous.
