Buckwheat soup with chicken - a great dinner for the whole family

Buckwheat soup will appeal to the whole family. It may consist of many different ingredients. Most often, buckwheat soup is prepared with chicken, mushrooms, pork. And sometimes you can find recipes even with tomatoes, kvass, apples or grapes!

You will need:

  • two hundred grams of any mushrooms (e.g. champignons);
  • one hundred grams of buckwheat;
  • five potatoes;
  • one carrot and onion;
  • a pair of garlic cloves;
  • some vegetable (sunflower) oil;
  • a couple of leaves of parsley, salt, pepper.

Chop the onions, grate the carrots finely, pour them into the pan and pass in oil until golden brown.

Cut the mushrooms into slices, add them to the vegetables and fry for three minutes.

Now take another pan, pour buckwheat onto it and heat over low heat. As soon as the grains begin to open, reduce the heat to a minimum and keep it until the whole buckwheat is fully opened.

Take a pan, pour two or three liters of water into it, let it boil, then pour in the groats and previously chopped potatoes. Add salt and a bay leaf, cook for ten minutes (or until the potatoes are ready).

Now pour mushrooms with vegetables, chopped garlic and herbs into the pan. Cook a couple more minutes.

Ingredients for its preparation:

  • half a chicken;
  • two potatoes, onions and carrots;
  • fifty grams of buckwheat;
  • allspice, salt, favorite greens - to taste.

Separate the fillet from the chicken carcass and wash it. Put the remaining parts - fat, skin and bones into a pan.

Throw peeled and finely chopped (or grated) vegetables there: onion, one carrot and greens.

Pour water and let it boil, after which make the fire minimal and cook for twenty minutes.

Cut the meat into small pieces and put them in boiling strained broth. Cook for about eight minutes.

Now add the cubes of potatoes, and after another three minutes - buckwheat, which must be thoroughly washed and dried before that.

Salt the buckwheat soup with chicken, fry the remaining carrots and onions, then pour it into the pan. Add pepper.

Before serving the dish to the table, decorate it with greens.

To prepare you will need:

  • one hundred grams of buckwheat;
  • four potatoes;
  • one carrot (small);
  • parsley root;
  • two onions;
  • one egg;
  • butter, greens to taste.

Dice the vegetables: potatoes, carrots and one onion, put them in a pan and cook until soft.

After that, salt them, add buckwheat to the pan and mix the contents thoroughly.

Chop the second onion and fry in one tablespoon of oil.

Now pour a small amount of broth from vegetables and cereals into the pan, stir, then pour back into the soup.

Boil the soup for one hour. In the end, season with yolk - pour it in a thin stream.

Buckwheat soup with chicken is a very hearty and nutritious dish. You can experiment with some ingredients based on your own preferences. For example, chicken is very well combined with mushrooms, so you can add both components to the soup. Please your family with delicious new dishes!
