What ingredients will be required
To prepare cakes for the Listopad cake, we need:
- 12 eggs;
- 200 grams of nuts (walnuts or almonds);
- 160 grams of chocolate grated;

- 16 tablespoons of sugar.

- 250 grams of powdered sugar.

- 3 tablespoons of boiled water.
Having prepared all the ingredients, we proceed to cooking.
Technology
To bake a cake "Leaf fall", you must perform the following steps:
- Grind eggs and sugar, heating in a water bath, cool.
- Pour chocolate, nuts and crumbs from cookies into a bowl, mix. The resulting dough is divided into three equal parts, grease the form with butter and bake the cakes for 30 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees.
- We make the cream: steam the prunes in a water bath, then finely chop it. Beat chilled cream with icing sugar until foamy. Then we divide the cream into two parts and combine one of them with prunes. The cream is ready.
- We do the impregnation by mixing cognac with boiled water.

To prepare the Listopad shortbread cake , we need the following ingredients:
- butter or margarine - 250 grams;
- chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
- granulated sugar - 150 grams;
- premium flour - 400 grams;
- baking powder for dough - 1 sachet;
- vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
- cocoa powder - 1 spoon;
- chopped nuts.
We make the dough for the shortbread cake as follows:
- We combine the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar in a cup, mix well and beat with a mixer until a foam forms.
- Add margarine or butter, whisk again and pour in a baking powder for the dough.
- Pour in roasted nuts and cocoa powder with flour, then roll out dough 3 mm thick and cut out round sand cakes.
- Bake cakes and cool.
- Spread a layer of jam on the bottom cake, cover the second cake with chocolate cream and put the third on top. Lubricate the top of the Listopad cake with chocolate cream.
Classic Chocolate Cream Recipe
This ingredient is perfect for decorating cake and soaking cakes; it turns out to be airy and tender. To prepare the cream, we need the following ingredients:
- butter - 130 grams;
- bitter chocolate - one hundred grams;
- icing sugar - 90 grams;
- egg yolk - 1 piece;
- vanillin - a pinch;
- salt is a pinch.
Preparation of chocolate cream for the cake "Leaf fall":
- Soften the butter at room temperature. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
- Then beat the butter with a mixer, adding salt and vanillin.
- Gradually, continuing to beat, pour a tablespoon of powdered sugar and egg yolk.
- Next, add the chocolate melted in a water bath and beat for another three minutes.

Cake "Autumn leaf fall": recipe
This unusual delicacy captivates not only with its appearance, but also with a special taste. For baking cakes, we need the following ingredients:
- 12 eggs (we separate the yolks from the proteins);
- powdered sugar - 450 grams;
- 180 grams of flour;
- half a teaspoon of salt;
- 180 grams of potato starch;
- two bags of vanillin.
Preparation of the test:
- Beat the yolks with icing sugar, whites with salt. We mix everything.
- Place the mixture in a water bath, beat with a mixer until thickened.
- As soon as the composition is heated to 45 degrees, remove the container and, placing it in cold water, continue to whisk until it cools completely.
- Mix the flour with starch and vanilla, add the cooled mixture, mix gently.
- We divide the dough into two equal parts and pour it into identical shapes, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees 30 minutes.
Our cakes are ready, free them from the form and let the biscuit cool.
Cooking meringue cake, we need:
- 6 egg whites
- 1.5 cups icing sugar;
- 3 tablespoons of flour.
Beat the whites, gradually adding the powdered sugar. Add flour to the mixture, mix and spread on a baking sheet, which is pre-coated with paper and greased with butter. Bake at a temperature of 100 degrees for about one hour, then reduce the temperature to 50 degrees and bake for another two hours.
Cream and syrup preparation
To assemble the cake, we need to prepare an oil and milk cream with peanut halva and soak.
Ingredients for Cream:
- 400 grams of sugar;
- 10 egg yolks;
- 375 ml of milk;
- 1 kg of butter;
- peanut halva - 300 grams.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add hot milk, without stopping interfering. The resulting mixture is put in a water bath and heated for 30 minutes, then cooled to room temperature. In softened butter, whipped until whitening, add the cooked custard mixture. Rub peanut halva through a sieve and add to the finished cream.
For the preparation of syrup for the impregnation of biscuit cakes, we need the following ingredients:
- 16 tablespoons of water;
- 12 tablespoons of sugar;
- three spoons of brandy.
Sugar is added to hot water, put on fire and stir until completely dissolved. Add cognac to the cooled syrup.
To decorate the cake, you will need peanuts - 300 grams, icing sugar - 50 grams, some chocolate (30 grams) and a multi-colored food coloring. Roast peanuts in the oven until golden brown.
Making a cake
We divide the prepared syrup into two parts and soak them with biscuit cakes. The cream is divided into four parts. One part grease the first cake. Lay the meringue cake on top, then cream, then biscuit cake. Lubricate the sides of the product and sprinkle with halves of roasted peanuts.
The last part of the cream is divided into four parts, mixed with food colors, getting an orange, green and yellow composition. Add melted chocolate to another part of the cream to get a light brown color.
