Stuffed Pumpkin with Meat, Mushrooms, Potatoes and Garlic
This dish can also be prepared in ordinary pots. But if you use pumpkin, then the taste of the food will turn out to be extremely refined. So, the composition:
- a large pumpkin (about a kilogram by 3 or 4, if you take it larger, then increase the number of other ingredients);
- potatoes weighing 500 grams (you can use cereals: buckwheat or rice);
- mushrooms (frozen or fresh of any kind) weighing 400 grams;
- 1-2 onion heads (medium size);
- salt, garlic, pepper, meat seasoning, dill.
Technology
Pumpkin baked in the oven with meat is prepared as follows.
1 step: preparation
Wash the pumpkin, wipe with a towel. On the side where the ponytail is, cut off the top. It does not have to be very large, but the hole must be left sufficient to extract the seeds. Scrape the insides with a spoon. Scrape the sides as well. Their thickness should be about 1.5 centimeters. Leave the bottom untouched.
2 step: stuffing with potatoes

The amount of ingredients will depend on the size of the pumpkin. About 500 grams of meat will require a pound of mushrooms and a kilogram of potatoes. The remaining components can be taken "by eye".
