Then we spread the mushrooms, sprinkle with salt on top, add pepper, the remaining horseradish root and garlic cloves. We cover it all with oak leaves and put it under oppression. The first 5 days we keep the mushrooms at room temperature, then remove in a cool dark place for 40 days. Thus, we get a delicious delicacy - a salty black breast.   • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l;
  • egg;
  • 200 g of flour;
