Zucchini rolls: cooking options

Beautifully decorated zucchini rolls are perfect for a festive table. 1. Zucchini rolls with cheese, garlic and herbs

  • small fresh garlic - 1-2 cloves;
  • non-fat mayonnaise - 90 g;
  • hard cheese - 110 g;
  • fresh dill, parsley - in a small bunch;
  • zucchini young medium size - 2-3 pcs.;
  • wheat flour - Β½ cup;
  • vegetable oil - at the discretion (for frying vegetables);
  • salt, red pepper, dried basil - to taste.

Vegetable preparation process

Zucchini rolls should be formed only when zucchini has already been processed. They must be washed, cut the stalks and navels, and then chop on thin long plates (with a thickness of not more than 0.6 centimeters). After this squash is required to sprinkle with salt, roll in wheat flour, and then fry on both sides in vegetable oil. In order to deprive vegetables of fat to the maximum, it is recommended to place them on a paper towel or napkin for a while.

Filling process

To create the filling, grate hard cheese on a small grater, mix it with chopped fresh garlic, basil, dill, parsley and mayonnaise. As a result of such actions, you should form a thick and aromatic mass.

2. Zucchini rolls with crab sticks and corn

Since the presented vegetable snack is prepared according to the same principle as described above, we will only consider the process of preparing the original filling.

Essential Ingredients:

  • canned corn - 1/3 jars;
  • medium-sized fresh garlic - 2 cloves;
  • mayonnaise of low fat content - 60 g;
  • crab sticks - 8-10 pcs.;
  • hard cheese - 70 g;
  • Fresh dill - a small bunch.

Filling process

To create such a fragrant filling, you need to mix canned corn, finely chopped crab sticks, grated garlic and cheese, chopped dill, and low-fat mayonnaise in one bowl. All the ingredients must be stirred with a large spoon and distributed over the fried zucchini, which should subsequently be wrapped in tight small rolls (fixed with skewers).
