Semolina Casserole with Bananas
To prepare a light casserole with a banana, you first need to pour half a liter of milk into the pan, boil and gradually introduce 100 g of semolina. Boil for about 5 minutes (semolina should be very thick) and add 50 g of raisins. Knead one banana in mashed potatoes, grind 2 yolks with one and a half tablespoons of sugar and add them in mashed potatoes, season with vanilla and / or cinnamon. Beat 2 proteins with 0.5 tablespoons of baking powder. Beat slightly cooled porridge and add banana puree and proteins. Mix thoroughly and bake.
Semolina casserole with carrots
This recipe is useful for young mothers whose babies refuse to eat carrots that are healthy for them.
Two large carrots, three on a grater and mix with 3 eggs and half a spoonful of vanilla sugar. Add to them half a liter of thickly cooked semolina porridge and 2 large spoons of semolina. Semolina Casserole with Berries
Combine half a glass of milk with the same amount of water, slightly salt, add a spoonful of sugar and boil. Enter 150 g semolina very slowly and boil until it thickens. Remove from heat and add a little butter and raisins. Put part of the resulting mass in a baking dish (pre-anoint it with oil and sprinkle with crackers), lay a layer of berries (any, to your taste) on top, then again a layer of mass from semolina, and again berries (total berries need about 300 g). Smear the top layer with a mixture of half an egg and 2 tsp. sour cream. Casserole should be served with apricot sauce or jam.
Cottage cheese semolina casserole with pumpkin and strawberries
Mix 700 g of cottage cheese, 4 eggs, 1 cup semolina, a pinch of salt and 6 large tablespoons of sugar. On a greased mold, beautifully lay out the frozen pumpkin, cut into slices, and frozen strawberries (whole), put the dough on top, then again a layer of pumpkin and strawberries. Bake for 40 minutes. Such a casserole is delicious with sour cream or yogurt.
Semolina Corn Casserole
This is a less sweet casserole that can be used as a side dish for meat or fish, rather than a dessert. Unlike previous recipes.
Beat two eggs with 2 large tablespoons of sugar, add a pinch of salt and the same amount of baking powder. Then we pour there a glass of kefir and mix thoroughly.
