How to Cook Stuffed Cabbage with Stuffing

We put a little cooked minced meat in them with a spoon and carefully wrap it up as a gift: first, cover the minced meat with the upper overlap, then wrap it on the sides and finally twist until a compact convolution is obtained. Having laid all the β€œconvolutions” neatly and possibly in layers in a saucepan, fill them with hot broth (about half a liter) and put on fire. Tomato paste (100 g) can be diluted in broth, as well as sour cream (100 g), or you can simply put it on cabbage rolls. In the first case, the distribution of contained spices will be more uniform. Salt and pepper the dish, toss a few leaves of bay leaf.

A universal and simple recipe, stuffed cabbage with minced meat according to which you can cook from each type of meat or poultry, is especially pleased with its low cost and relative ease of implementation. Stuffed cabbage can be prepared not only from cabbage leaves, but also from grape.
