- A pair of chicken breasts.
- 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt.
- Ripe lemon.
- A tablespoon of hard-brewed tea.
- Large sweet orange.
- A teaspoon of ground pepper.
- The head of a white onion.
- A third of a teaspoon of salt.
- A pair of cloves of garlic.

Process description
