However, a salad with seasonings (Korean) is made from a soya version of asparagus.
What is the essence of the soy product?
Dried beige sticks called soy asparagus appeared on sale. Preparation from this product is quite simple, any housewife will cope with it. The dishes are very tasty and healthy. However, you need to understand that this product has no relation directly to the plant with the same name. In fact, this semi-finished product has the name fuju. It is sold dry. Before cooking, it is soaked in cold water for a couple of hours. Using boiling water is not recommended!
This product is obtained from foam from soy milk. When the latter is boiled, a foam forms on its surface, which later turns into asparagus. Salads are often made from this ingredient. So, Korean asparagus recipes are widely used, which are actively used in our country.
How to cook spicy salad
To make asparagus in Korean, you need to take:
- 150 grams of dry product;
- one onion;
- sunflower oil;
- a couple of cloves of garlic;
- seasoning for korean carrots
- a tablespoon of granulated sugar;
- a teaspoon of salt;
- one tablespoon of soy sauce;
- a tablespoon of table vinegar.
Also, in such a salad you can add one shredded carrot, it will even be tastier.
Soy asparagus: recipe with photo
To begin with, it is worth pulling the soaked asparagus from the water. It should become plastic, without a hard core. Allow water to drain. Put asparagus in a bowl.
Vegetable oil is poured into the pan; it does not need to be spared. Cut onions into small rings, fry until tender in a pan. Then the onion itself is removed from the pan. Garlic finely chopped, sent to the onion oil. They languish for a couple of minutes. Still hot oil is put on the asparagus and mixed.

For such a light and fresh salad you need to take:
- 400 grams of already prepared product;
- two fresh cucumbers;
- one carrot;
- a bunch of green onions;
- vegetable oil;
- dried basil, salt and pepper.
Asparagus is placed in a salad bowl. Peel the cucumber, cut into thin slices. Coarse carrots on a coarse grater. Onions are cut into pieces. For starters, asparagus is squeezed, chopped finely. In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the sliced โโcarrots. Add finely chopped onions. Fry until tender, remove from the pan.
Now they fry green beans for about ten minutes, add asparagus and cook another five. Add vegetables. Stew for a couple of minutes, season with tomatoes, cut into large pieces. Cover, simmer another ten minutes. The finished dish can be sprinkled with chopped cilantro or parsley.

There are two varieties of asparagus: white and green. The first is often boiled, thoroughly cleaned. Green can also be eaten raw. For food use shoots up to sixteen centimeters. Those that have already outgrown this size are considered tough and have no taste.
For starters, asparagus is peeled. With a thin knife, peel the skin, starting from the base, ending with the tip. Before cooking, many housewives boil the pods for about five minutes in salted water. So the final dish will become softer. Cooking asparagus at home is very simple. The easiest way is to boil the asparagus for five minutes and cook the sour cream sauce. For dressing take a couple of cloves of garlic, dried herbs, salt. Mix sour cream and spices, grated garlic, keep in the cold for about ten minutes. Serve the sauce separately in a gravy boat.
Asparagus with hollandaise yolk sauce
The recipes for preparing green asparagus can be different, in this case, the resulting dish can be an excellent side dish. To prepare you need to take:
- 500 grams of asparagus;
- three yolks;
- 200 grams of butter;
- a pair of feathers of green onions;
- half a lemon - for juice;
- sugar, salt, pepper - to taste;
- 25 ml of water.
Wash green asparagus, remove hard bases. Then they are collected with a simple thread into a bundle, lowered into boiling salted water and boiled until tender. The thicker the stems, the longer the cooking time. On average, it can take anywhere from five to ten minutes.
The feathers of green onions should be lowered for several seconds in boiling water. When asparagus is pulled out of boiling water, the threads are removed. Tie the bunch with green onions and put on a plate.
Now they are preparing a special sauce. Melt the butter. If cut into pieces, it will melt faster. Raw eggs with water are beaten with a whisk until foam, and then poured into a saucepan for oil, boiled until thick, stirring. When it becomes thicker, remove it from the stove, put granulated sugar, salt, spices, lemon juice and mix. When serving, two options are possible. At the first sauce served separately, and asparagus from asparagus - separately. Or you can immediately pour the stalks with a sauce of yolks and spices.
