The process of making pancakes begins with peeling and slicing bananas for the filling. Then the chopped bananas are sent to the container along with liquor, orange juice and zest. You should forget about them for a while.

Further, starch with cocoa powder and milk is mixed in a bowl. Bitter chocolate should be broken and sent to a pot with butter and light molasses, where all together are heated over low heat until they melt well and mix. Then, constantly stirring, this mass is brought to a boil. Boil it for no more than one minute, then remove from heat and do not forget to add vanilla extract.
