Tales about cars are now no less interesting for children than about animals or fairy-tale heroes, fairies and sorcerers. This is because machines became our companions, as once the constant neighbors of our ancestors were animals and mystical stories about what people could not explain in the absence of science.
What is a fairy tale?
Although modern tales are slightly different from folk, ancient, the main features of the classical genre are preserved. So what is a fairy tale?
Its name comes from the old Russian word "tale", that is, a story, a conversation. This is a folklore genre of oral narration of fictional, fantastic events and characters. The peculiarity of this genre is that the fairy tale ends happily, the conflict between good and negative characters is resolved in favor of the former. That is, simply put, good conquers evil. In addition, animals and plants, objects and natural phenomena in such works can act and talk like people.
The best fairy tales for children not only entertain, but also teach good and justice, respect elders, other people's work and care, and not offend the weak and animals. This is argued by the fact that those who deviate from these norms will be punished, because evil is always punishable. These short stories contain the poetry of the popular word, its wisdom and moral life lessons.
What are fairy tales?
As we said above, folk tales are also called folk tales. There is a second type of this amazing genre - copyright, or literary.
Modern fairy tales are not so different from folklore. These amazing works today are only enriched with characters, respectively, and views.
Folklore stories were previously divided into only three categories:
- about animals;
- magical;
- household.
Literary scholars believe that the first appeared fairy tales about animals. They had a simple plot, often had a small volume. For animals that acted as heroes, certain traits or character traits have always been fixed. For example, the image of a fox embodied cunning, a wolf - cruelty, a hare - cowardice, a donkey - obstinacy, crows - stupidity and tyranny.
The best tales of this genre are retold to children so far. Over time, this kind of little gave way to fairy tales. Here, the characters were a variety of characters endowed with extraordinary abilities.
Household tales (social) were the last to emerge. They were already more for adults than for children, could contain elements of humor and satire.
Now tales of cars have been added to the genres of these works. They are due to the fact that cars have become our constant companions. We see them on the street and in the cinema, in the river, in the country, and even in the forest. They can be conditionally divided into the following types:
- about ordinary cars;
- about transformers;
- about specialized vehicles (remember cartoons about cars, for example, "Chuck-truck", "Adventures of trains" or the cartoon about Tayo's bus).
Why should children tell bedtime stories
Let us return again to the ancient centuries, where fairy tales were stored for decades as family jewels, passed from mouth to mouth from great-grandmother to grandmother and further along the family circle. If they were not value, would such stories survive to this day? No, they would not have survived. Now folklore genres are supplanted by copyright. There is nothing wrong with this if not abused.
Good tales about cars are a good alternative to folklore, the main thing is to choose really positive, educational and upbringing options. And it’s worth reading to their children anyway. A good fairy tale and its characters will not only serve as “sleeping pills,” but they can also give an idea of life to the baby, become a useful lesson or tell about different situations. Plots in which cars are the main characters are no less interesting to children than about animals, heroes, heroes, or fairies.
Tales about cars can be a good substitute for folk genres for boys who become interested in technology from an early age. There are more and more such works. Their huge plus is that in a brief playful form, the kid can be told about the arrangement of machines, give information that will become starting points for the future man. Children love to listen to something new and modern. You can please the kids with author's tales below, or come up with an interesting story yourself. It is not as difficult as it might seem at first glance.
Tale of the fire truck
So, let's start with the traditional vein.
Once upon a time there was a fire truck. She went with the fire brigade around the city and was waiting for a call on the radio of her driver. If the signal came, the machine was happy, because she had to put out a real fire! But the trouble, fortunately for the city, fires were very rare. Often the typewriter had to extinguish a lit rag in the kitchen of a negligent housewife or a box with unnecessary pieces of paper in the yard, which the children set fire to. And so the machine began to drive slower on calls and, worst of all, began to be lazy to draw water from a large river outside the city. It happened like this: the machine came to the river, turned on a special pump, and he collected water in the compartments. To fill the containers completely, it took a lot of time, and the typewriter became bored to collect water. She began to cunning and, having typed one of the compartments, turned off the pump.
On this, the fairy tale about the fire truck could have ended if a real fire had not happened in the city. A big, big house caught fire. All fire trucks rushed there. Flew into the call and our machine. She rushed first and boldly rushed to extinguish the fire. The fire had almost given up, but suddenly the hose of the machine hung like a rag, and not a drop of water flowed out of it anymore. The machine cheated and filled only one compartment. Fortunately, other cars arrived in time and put out the fire. And our sad machine went home to his garage. If she had not been too lazy to draw water, then she would have defeated the fire herself and become a heroine machine.
Tale about the tractor
A tractor once lived on a distant farm. Every day he transported goods. The tractor left the farm with a full trailer of potatoes or wheat, and returned with feed for cows and hens, purchases by the owner and fuel for himself.
Often a tired driver fell asleep on the way back, and the tractor itself drove slowly along a familiar road. He always brought his cargo safe and sound.
Once our hero was still slowly returning home. Fuel splashed in the tank, in the trailer lay succulent feed for the cows. Suddenly, a tractor saw the light in the forest. Interest made him turn off the road and see what was there. Having approached closer, the tractor saw a huge trailer that carries animals. He stood alone in a clearing, and cows mooed mournfully in his trailer.
- What happened to you? The tractor asked. “Why are you standing here?”
“In the dark, I got off the road,” the trailer sadly answered him. - In the meantime, wandered through the forest, spent all his fuel. Now I can’t get home, and my cows are hungry and ask for food.
The tractor felt sorry for both the trailer and the cows, but he did not know how to help. The owner always ordered him to deliver the goods safe and sound.
“Listen, tractor, do you have fuel and food for my cows?” Share with me, so I can leave the forest! - suddenly asked the trailer.
Our fairy tale about a tractor could end sadly if the main character were not kind and sympathetic. He sighed and gave the feed to the cows, and shared the fuel with the trailer. They drove home together already. And suddenly, when there was very little left before the farm, the tractor felt something prick his wheel. He stopped and, in the light of his headlights, saw that he had hit a nail, and air was coming out of his wheel hissing. Then our hero really despaired, not knowing what to do. But he forgot that a new friend is riding next to him - a trailer. After all, he has several pairs of wheels. Seeing that a friend was in trouble, the trailer took one off and gave it to the tractor. So they got together to the farm.
After listening to the history of the tractor and trailer, the owners praised them, saying that they both did the right thing. On the road, you always need to help others, because it is not known when you may need help.
About the bragging racer
The tale of a racing car begins with the story of a large garage where cars lived. It was cozy here, but sometimes the older cars too boasted of their victories, and the newcomers felt uneasy about this boasting. After all, they only arrived in this garage and did not participate in real races.
Among the new riders, there was one that likes to brag more than others. He was pleased to tell how he won a hundred races. Everywhere, wherever he goes, he is always the first winner. The novice cars were embarrassed to question him and listened quietly to the stories.
Once, a brave newcomer asked a braggart about why he spends so much time in the garage, and not on races. And he proudly replied that here he was gaining strength before a very important rally, where he would win. Our heroes listened to bedtime stories about cars from their mothers and went to bed.
Here came the day of the great rally. All the cars rushed there, even the newcomers were invited. The race began, and the newcomers all looked out among the participants for their acquaintance, who should become the winner. But he was not there. Therefore, when the driving car drove up to the cars, they could not resist and asked about their familiar winner. Imagine surprise when she smiled and said:
- Ah, you about this braggart? So he does not take part in the rally at all!
- How? - the cars were surprised. - After all, he told us that he always wins!
Then the host sighed bitterly and told the newcomers the story. It turns out that the braggart never took part in the race. All because he was very afraid. And to look more solid in the eyes of the kids, he boasted in front of them.
Surprised and distressed cars went home. They got two good lessons today. The first - never brag, and the second - do not trust the imaginary success of the braggart. Sometimes their stories are just fiction and fantasy.
The tale of the red car
Cars lived in a big, big toy store. And there was a red machine among them. She was so bright that she was madly proud of her beauty and unusualness. All her conversations with friends came down to the words: “Look, how beautiful I am. I am red as poppy, shining like the sun. " Others at first did not pay attention to such boasting, but the red car boasted more and more.
Tired of others, they stopped calling her to themselves. The fairy tale about the red car could have ended on this, but suddenly the news came that she would come to the store to choose a toy for a very important buyer - the little son of the owner. Toys began to wait for him and preen. And so the boy came. He looked at the cars for a long, long time and could not choose everything. His dad began to help him, he says:
- Look, what a beautiful red car. Take her!
But the boy was very serious and smart over the years.
- Not everything that is red is beautiful! He said, and chose a small silver car.
I am ashamed to have become a red car for its boasting. She began to wait for her buyer and never again showed off her bright body.
How working machines changed places
Three cars lived in one garage: a bulldozer, a crane and a truck. The tale of working machines tells us how easy it was for friends to work together until they had a fight.
Cars worked at a construction site nearby and always left the garage together. A bulldozer leveled the ground for future development, a crane lifted heavy stones, and the truck took it all to a special landfill. Cars have been working for so long. Their day began in the early morning, and ended when the sun was already setting. Their work was always well-coordinated, everyone carried out their tasks accurately and on time. Tales about cars usually tell about adventures, ours tells about friendship and responsibilities.
Once the truck was very tired and began to complain how difficult it was for him to carry heavy stones and loose earth. He cried that everything was already hurting him, and the trailer from the goods was completely bent. The owner heard the complaints of the truck and said:
“Do you think that only your work is so complicated?” And look at the crane, what stones he raises with his thin "hand"! Or do you think it’s easy for a bulldozer? He works from morning to night without rest, clearing and leveling the ground, lifting stones larger than himself from a depth!
But the truck complained that it was more difficult for him than the others. The owner was angry and called for a bulldozer and a crane. But when the conversation came about difficulties, it turned out that to these guys the work of each other seemed easier than their own. The crane complained that the truck was riding, resting and seeing new places, but he was standing in one place. But the bulldozer, as it turned out, wants to look at least once in the sun, and not on the ground but on the stones. The owner sighed bitterly and said to his working cars:
- You served me faithfully for a long, long time. Each of you regularly did your job. But since you began to think that the work of others is easier than yours, then take and change. We will see how you work in a strange place, fulfilling other people's duties. And the cars were happy and rushed to the construction site.
How working machines changed places. Continuation
The truck took the place of the bulldozer, the crane began to transport goods, and the bulldozer began to lift stones. At first, friends were pleased with such changes, but how it came to work ...
The truck leveled, leveled the ground, but only trampled it with wheels even more. And as he ran into a stone, he stopped altogether and did not move either back or forward. At first, the bulldozer was happy with the sun, but as it began to bake by noon, to blind eyes and heat the cab, the joy became less. And then the truck got stuck, I had to help him get a big stone from the ground. They got it, only now the crane, instead of the truck, cannot load it for itself. And so, and this way friends tried to help him, with great difficulty they loaded a stone so that they would take it to a landfill.

As the poor crane began to carry cobblestone, it was so hard for him! The stone strives to get off and roll off the mountain, the wheels bend, the long neck in the wires gets confused. I barely reached half the road, and then I couldn’t, there I threw a stone and then ran back to the construction site. And there the work is worth it. His friends are sad, dirty and tired. Then the owner visited. He asks how the cars worked today. The first crane spoke:
- So, - he says, - he was worried that there are no forces. It was like working a week without rest. I don’t want so anymore!
And then the truck supported him:
- Oh, and the bulldozer has a hard job. It’s easier to carry my goods!
But the bulldozer generally said nothing. He was so sun-soaked in the cabin that he couldn’t even speak, poor. Cars returned to their hangar to spend the night. We barely had enough strength to get home, immediately went to bed, even my beloved cartoons about cars did not want to watch. They realized that what you know how and can do is the easiest job. But any work is complicated, that is why it is labor.
Finally
There are many fairy tales, stories and stories for children. Their characters are all different, but each in its own way is loved by children and adults.
