Watching good ratings, CBS Corporation agreed to the spin-off “Think like a criminal: the behavior of a suspect” (actors Forest Whitaker, Kirsten Wangnessness, Janine Garofalo and others). However, the series lasted only one season (13 episodes) and was closed, the original version, on the contrary, was promised to be extended for the eleventh season.

However, participation in the project gave a new impetus to Patinkin's career - he replaced the FBI with the CIA. However, the real popularity came to Gibson along with the role of Dr. Neiland in the drama Chicago Hope (1994-1998).

Derek Morgan

Single rebel Derek Morgan is another member of the profiler team. He is confident, quick-tempered and does not recognize authorities, because of which he often has fights with Aaron Hotchner.

Absolute memory allows him to store a huge amount of information in his head, incredible reading speed and IQ 187 - this even scares Reed's colleagues a little, but they gradually get used to strange things.

Like other geniuses, Spencer Reed is heavily socialized. In addition, his mother is in a psychiatric hospital, and the doctor is afraid of the awakening of schizophrenia at home. It is for this reason that a young man from childhood is fond of exact sciences, and not creativity, which can become a catalyst for the disease.

Actors “Thinking like a criminal” admit that the harmless Spencer suffered the greatest number of misfortunes. Dr. Reed was severely beaten, abducted, infected with anthrax and injected with drugs.

Before participating in the CBS channel project, Matthew Gray Gubler (Spencer Reed) tried his hand at design, sometimes starred in films and worked as a model at the shows of Louis Vuitton, Burberry and Marc Jacobs.

Penelope Garcia

It would be wrong to say that the Hotch team managed on their own. To develop the plot, the scriptwriters came up with new characters “Think like a criminal” (season 2). The actors took Kirsten Wangnessness into their family, who played the role of Penelope Garcia.

“Queen of Information Technology” - this is the title that this charming young lady deserves. Incredibly talented hacker and analyst - without the help of Penelope, the team of profilers would not work as efficiently. Despite all the horrors that have to be faced, the girl remains optimistic and makes even the harsh Hotch smile.

Garcia also has a special relationship with rebel Derek Morgan. Comic flirtation, however, for all seasons has not grown into serious feelings. It is coquetry and emotionality that Penelopes dilute the difficult everyday life of profilers.

With a personal life, a computer genius is also not going smoothly. A romance with an FBI agent from another unit promised good prospects, but it turns out that Garcia does not want to get married at all.
