Lean cake can be baked from the following ingredients.

For filling:

  • white cabbage in an amount of 400 g;
  • fresh onion head;
  • one small carrot;
  • salt, spices, sunflower oil.

For the test:

  • dessert spoon of sugar;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • dry yeast (1 tsp. or you can put a bag weighing 10 g);
  • a couple of spoons of sunflower oil;
  • multicooker glass of water;
  • flour - about 2 cups (you may need a little more or less, see the consistency of the dough).

1 step

Heat the water a little - approximately to a temperature of 40 degrees. Pour sugar and dry yeast into it. In a separate container, mix the vegetable oil with salt. Once the yeast has activated (you will notice this by the increased volume), pour the liquid into the prepared container. Then gradually introduce the flour. We do not indicate the exact quantity, since different types of flour can behave differently. As a result, you should get an elastic dough suitable for rolling.

After the dough is kneaded, it must be placed in a warm place (on the battery, in a bowl of warm water). Cover the container with a towel or film. For 40-60 minutes, the dough should increase 3 times.

3 step

While the dough rises, we continue to cook cabbage pie in a slow cooker. The case for the filling. Peel and chop vegetables. Chop the cabbage lightly.   • sauerkraut in the amount of 400 grams;
  • dill, salt, frying oil.

Divide the yeast dough into portions and roll. It should make a square. Fry the cabbage in a frying pan until it is rosy, put chopped greens, salt (if necessary). Put the filling on a sheet of dough and bend the edges with an envelope. Hold them together well. In the slow cooker set the function "Baking". Pour in a little oil. Lay the cake on the bottom.
