Pancake recipe on the water.
So, cooking pancakes on water will require the following ingredients:
- half a liter of clean filtered water
- 2 chicken eggs
- two tablespoons of granulated sugar (or better icing sugar)
- one or two cups of sifted flour
- a pinch of salt
- vegetable oil
Directly recipe pancakes on the water.
Pour water into a deep container, drive eggs into it, add icing sugar, salt and mix everything thoroughly, you can use a whisk to achieve uniformity.
Then we gradually begin to add flour there, constantly stirring and making sure that no lumps of flour form. If they appear, they must be broken, because otherwise it will degrade the taste of pancakes. When all the flour is kneaded, you can again use a metal whisk to get rid of the lumps of flour. If you have a blender, then it is best to pour the dough into it and beat well. After that, add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil to the finished dough so that the pancakes do not burn in the pan, and you can start frying.
There are special pans for frying pancakes, they are flat with low edges and very convenient for turning pancakes. But, if you do not have such a pan, do not be discouraged, any other pan is suitable for these purposes. Only before frying pancakes on it, the pan needs to be thoroughly washed, otherwise the pancakes will pester.
Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the frying pan before the first pancake, warm it well, and then pour the dough with a large tablespoon. It is very important to measure the correct amount of dough so that the pancake is thin, but it does not break, and it can be turned over.
The most difficult moment in the preparation of pancakes, the recipe for pancakes in water, is to pour the dough onto the pan so that it spreads thinly over the entire shape of the pan, and the next difficult moment is to turn the pancake on the other side so that it does not tear. This is the skill of the cook. Professionals can bake a large number of thin pancakes in a short period of time .
If the pancakes stick to the pan, you can try after each pancake to drip a small amount of vegetable oil into the pan and distribute it on the surface, and then just pour a new pancake.
Ready pancakes are stacked, so they retain heat longer. In Russia, hot pancakes were soaked in butter, then they turned out soft, tasty and fragrant. If desired, you can make salty pancakes, just do not add sugar to the dough.
