The severity in the head itself is caused by a stagnant process in which venous blood accumulates in the head area. This condition often manifests itself in the morning after waking up. To get rid of unpleasant sensations, it is advisable to conduct an independent head massage, during which stimulation occurs, and all processes are activated. To do this, it is necessary to press on the crown of the head with competent movements, then - alternately on the right and left carotid arteries. Due to the expansion of blood vessels, blood will flow to the brain, improving the patient's condition.
