Chicken Wings in Honey Sauce

Cooking

You will need:

16 pieces of chicken wings (the Chinese use only the upper part of the wings),

green onions;

slice of fresh ginger

wine vinegar,

tomato paste

salt;

Pour half a glass of water, sugar (its amount is also adjusted to taste), salt. Mix again.

We boil over high heat until the sugar dissolves and the water evaporates.

If you still have not decided how to surprise your friends, then you can cook the wings in honey mustard sauce, the result will please everyone.

You will need:

700 g chicken wings, 6 garlic cloves, 3 full tablespoons of honey, the same amount of mustard and soy sauce, ground black pepper.

Chicken wings should be washed well, cut in half. In a sufficiently deep cup, mix mustard, soy sauce and honey, add chopped garlic, a little black pepper. It should be borne in mind that honey should be taken liquid.

If it is thick, melt it first. Put the chicken wings in the prepared sauce, mix well and place in the refrigerator for two to three hours.
