To prepare the dish you will need:

- 500 gr. green beans - fresh and frozen, by the way, the latter is usually sold just in half-kilogram packages;
- 200 gr. tomatoes - these are 2 medium vegetables;
- 2 onions;
- 1 carrot and 3 cloves of garlic;
- 3 tablespoons of thick sour cream 20% fat;

Beans stewed with vegetables do not require any special cooking skills: first, wash all the ingredients, cut large pods of green beans into 2-3 parts. Now they need to be boiled in water until half-ready - for fresh beans it will be enough 10 minutes, for frozen beans and even less - about 5. After that, fold the vegetables into a colander and rinse with running water. Finely chop the onion, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. These two vegetables need to be fried in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes, focus on the onion - when it becomes transparent, the frying is ready. After, add the diced tomatoes, best without the peel, and squeeze 3 cloves of garlic. Stir, and then put the beans. Cook vegetables for a maximum of 5 minutes, add sour cream, salt and pepper. After 5-7 minutes, the pan can be removed from the heat. Beans stewed with vegetables will be an excellent side dish, for example, for meat, and for those who follow a diet, an independent main course for lunch or a light dinner. Vegetables can be served with greens: finely chop dill, cilantro or parsley and generously sprinkle the resulting stew.

Red Bean Braised with Vegetables

We continue to cook vegetarian dishes, for a delicious second of beans and vegetables, take:

- 1 can of red and white canned beans;
- 150 grams of cherry tomatoes (this is just half the standard pack);
- a large onion;
- 2 carrots;
- vegetable oil, a little greens and spices to your taste.

Chop the onions in half rings, cut the small cherry tomatoes in half, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Finely chopped greens. First place the onion in a frying pan with oil, lightly fry, it should become transparent, then carrot, after - 100 gr. tomatoes (leave a third of the amount for decoration). Pour a couple of tablespoons of water into vegetables and simmer for 3-5 minutes. After this, drain the beans from the beans and put in a frying pan. Mix well, salt, sprinkle with black pepper and herbs. This recipe for stewed beans with vegetables is unusually simple, but at the same time very useful.
