Stewed cabbage with potatoes

Stewed cabbage with potatoes

Necessary products: a small fork of cabbage, four medium potatoes, three sprigs of cilantro, onion, a small clove of garlic, two tablespoons of tomato, ground black pepper and peas, leaf parsley, vegetable oil, salt.

Preparation: chop the cabbage finely, put it in a pan, pour two glasses of water, add two tablespoons of vegetable oil and peas of pepper. We put on a very slow fire. Cabbage will be prepared for about an hour.

Peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces and fry in vegetable oil. Shred the onion and add the potatoes to the pan. Fry vegetables for 15 minutes. Salt and add tomato paste a few minutes before cooking. We put this roasting in a pan with cabbage fifteen minutes before it is ready. So that the stewed cabbage with potatoes does not burn, it should be stirred occasionally.

For a couple of minutes until ready, throw the lavrushka, chopped garlic, put three tablespoons of vegetable oil, pepper and salt to taste. Stewed cabbage with potatoes sprinkled with finely chopped cilantro. Served hot.

Turkey stew

We need: half a turkey, a cup of sauerkraut, four tablespoons of butter, a glass of water and cabbage brine, salt, pepper, fresh herbs.

Preparation: rinse the turkey, cut into slices, salt and leave for a while. We take a deep stew-pan and put half of sauerkraut in it, on top of it slices of turkey and again sauerkraut. We add everything, sprinkle with pepper, add vegetable oil, pour in brine, water, close the lid and simmer over low heat until cooked.

Decorate the cooked dish with fresh herbs.

Stewed cabbage with celery

Necessary products: half a kilogram of white cabbage, carrots, onions, celery, sweet pepper, two medium tomatoes, some chicken meat, vegetable oil, dill and parsley.

Preparation: thinly chop the cabbage. Cut carrots and tomatoes into cubes, onion in half rings, cut the pepper into cubes, chop the celery. Salt the cabbage, add a little water and simmer until it becomes soft.

We pass carrots with onions in oil, then add pepper, tomatoes, pieces of chicken and celery. Salt everything, sprinkle with pepper and simmer until the meat is soft. After that, combine the vegetables with cabbage and continue to simmer another ten minutes.
Sprinkle the finished dish thoroughly with finely chopped fresh herbs.
