  • sugar - 50 grams;
  • coriander grains - 2 tablespoons;

  • ground thyme - 2 tablespoons;
  • salt - 1 tablespoon;

  1. First you need to prepare the brine. To do this, put juniper berries in a bowl and grind it into a paste-like state with a mortar.
  2. Then the garlic should be peeled and cut each clove into 2-4 parts.
