Among the whole variety of appetizers, salads will never lose their attractiveness: with bell pepper, with chicken, with fresh vegetables - and in fact with any ingredients that your imagination can do. Sweet pepper will always bring juiciness and zest to any dish. And the chicken will never tire of surprising us with its variety, especially since in salads it can participate in completely different forms: boiled, smoked, baked, fried, and sometimes even raw, pickled. No matter how varied the salads are: with bell pepper, with chicken, with other components - there are more successful combinations, but there are ordinary, “passing” options (unsuccessful experiments, of course, no one shares). Consider one of the proven recipes. A small chicken breast, two hundred grams, is boiled and chopped into strips (if you like the “wrong” pieces, you can take it apart with your hands). A piece of ham of the same weight is cut in cubes, two bell peppers in strips or squares, canned mushrooms, if they are small, are poured whole. Juice is poured from a small can of pineapple, and the fruit is chopped into medium-sized cubes. Steamed raisins and crushed nuts (a couple of spoons) are added to the salad, and it is seasoned with mayonnaise. Salads cooked in this way with bell pepper and chicken will decorate not only everyday, but also a festive table. The rather diverse ingredients of the dish do not cross out, but complement each other's merits.

A completely unique salad! Smoked chicken, bell pepper, pomegranate, nuts and tomatoes form just a wonderful culinary “sound”. What part of the bird you put in the dish is a matter of taste, both the legs and the breast are suitable. The main thing is that in the already cut form (without bones) the chicken would turn out two hundred grams. Four medium tomatoes, grams of one hundred hard good cheese and three fleshy bell peppers are cut into cubes. For dressing, light mayonnaise, nuts, crushed garlic and parsley, mixed through a blender, are mixed. All seasonings are taken in an amount that will not offend your personal taste. It would seem that the simplest products are included in this salad: chicken, bell pepper, tomatoes, eggs - and the taste is amazing. There are several tricks here: first of all, medium-sized raw fillets are cut into salad slices and fried in olive or butter (and this is the first secret). Three eggs are boiled hard and cut into cubes. Big bell pepper is freed from unnecessary entrails and chopped with squares. Pitted olives are cut in half (those who like smaller pieces can be cut into rings, but the author of the recipe considers this superfluous). Three tomatoes crumble into cubes or cubes. All components are mixed, salted, pepper and flavored with olive oil if the filet was fried on it, or low-fat mayonnaise if butter was used (this is the second secret). And the third trick: washed lettuce leaves are dried, watered with a little lemon juice and sprinkled with a pinch of sugar. Ready salad is laid out on them.

"Spring joy"

For an organism that yearned for all kinds of vegetables over the winter, this would be the best choice. The dish is being prepared quickly, and there is an abundance of vitamins in it. The only thing you have to tinker with a bit is chicken. The fillet is cut into very small pieces, each of them is breaded in breadcrumbs and fried - due to size very quickly, in a couple of minutes on each side. While the pieces are cooling, two tomatoes, a cucumber and pepper are cut in small cubes (for beauty it is better to take multi-colored ones). A quarter of a cabbage-Peking cabbage is shredded, everything is mixed (and chicken too), poured and seasoned with any vegetable oil. The look, smell and taste of this salad give the feeling that spring has come.

Warm Chinese Salad

The Chinese, as always, are on top. The products included in the dish are in perfect harmony with each other and create a simply unforgettable salad: chicken, mushrooms, bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, eggs - nothing more. Mushrooms are taken dried, pressed Chinese, 25 gram sachet. They must be filled with boiling water for a quarter of an hour to “bloom”. Then the water is drained (to the drop: black mushrooms and so "spit" in a pan, they do not need to add additional liquid), and the product is quickly fried in vegetable oil. Two chicken fillets are cut into thin long slices and also fried, separately - for 5-7 minutes. Then two garlic cloves are squeezed into the meat, a minute later the carrots cut into strips are poured in, and after another two strips of sweet pepper. After another minute, half the onion rings and fried mushrooms are poured, a couple of spoons of soy sauce are poured, and after mixing, the salad is removed from the heat. When it cools down a little, a cucumber is cut into bars - and immediately they are brought to the table. In the warm form it is delicious, however, in the cold it is also quite good.

Baked chicken

Another very attractive salad recipe. Chicken, bell peppers, olives and eggs are seasoned with mayonnaise, flavored with a few drops of lemon (or lime) juice. However, to begin with, the chicken fillet (about a third of a kilogram) is rubbed with olive oil, combined with salt and favorite spices, and baked in the oven until soft and a beautiful crust. When the chicken cools down, it should be cut into even cubes. Large bell peppers and two steep eggs are similarly cut. Olives (one hundred grams) and a bunch of onion-feather are crumbled with rings. Salad is filled with dressing and served on the table.
