Director's Thoughts
At the moment, the director is 80 years old and he continues to transfer his knowledge and skills to the next generation. O. L. Kudryashov noted some things that, in his opinion, prevent future actors from developing their potential.
The first problem is that money is primary for them, that is, they will work where they pay more, which, in the director’s opinion, does not allow actors to feel freedom.
The second problem is that young people are increasingly absorbing the virtual world. Now people have begun to look more and less at each other, stopped trying to penetrate a person, understand him, get into his soul. Looking at each other, we see a certain virtual image that we ourselves have invented, and it does not always correspond to reality. And for the actors it is of great importance. After all, as Oleg Kudryashov says, because of this we get poorer and lose some depth. The director is of the opinion that the main thing for an actor is a certain contagiousness, a gift to carry along.
