“Bilobil forte” is a plant-derived angioprotector. Active ingredients such as terpene lactones and flavone glycosides contained in the extract of the leaves of the ginkgo biloba plant, which are contained in the preparation, reduce the permeability of the vessel walls and prevent platelet aggregation. As a result, there is an improvement in microcirculation, as well as a normalization of the supply of peripheral tissues and the brain with glucose and oxygen.

According to the instructions, “Bilobil forte” is produced by the manufacturer in the form of gelatin capsules. The capsules are pink in color, inside them is a brown powder with visible dark particles. Each blister contains 10 capsules. Cardboard packaging can hold two or six blisters.
Structure
The main active ingredient in Bilobil forte is an extract obtained from biloba ginkgo leaves. For every 100 mg of this extract, 4.8 mg of terpene lactones and 19.2 mg of flavone glycosides are contained.

In the body, the active components of the drug are completely broken down, which are subsequently evacuated together with urine and feces.
Indications for use
The use of "Bilobil forte" is appropriate if the patient has the following diseases or conditions:
- Disorders of microcirculation and peripheral circulation.
- Raynaud's Syndrome.
- Discirculatory encephalopathy arising from a stroke, trauma, or due to the age of the patient, or other reasons that are accompanied by changes in sleep patterns, weakening cognitive abilities, decreased attention and memory.
