But as soon as you turn on the fantasy, the journey will take place without fail. Try to combine your excursion with one idea. For example, let it be mushroom mushroom dishes prepared in different countries. Buy all the necessary products in advance and let your loved ones know about your idea. Let them take a direct part in the preparation.
Dutch champignon puree soup
The first dishes of champignon mushrooms are in the cuisines of many countries. Today we offer you to taste the Dutch mushroom soup. His taste is not quite ordinary, thick and rich, so it’s worth a try.
For cooking, you will need a package of mushrooms weighing 250 grams, a head of onion, a tablespoon with a hill of wheat flour, 30 grams of melted butter, a couple of eggs, cream and chicken broth of 0.5 l each, parsley - a small bunch, white pepper, sea salt.
Boil the eggs and cut into slices. Grind onions and mushrooms in a blender and fry thoroughly in oil. Add flour and a little warm broth to the mixture. Stir so that there are no lumps. We shift into the pan and slowly pour the rest of the broth, not forgetting to stir. Add salt and continue cooking for 15 minutes. Before removing from heat, pour in the cream and let the soup boil again. Season the soup with pepper, herbs and egg.
Milanese mushroom risotto
The main difference between Italian cuisine, of course, is the use of a large number of aromatic herbs and olive oil. Dishes from champignon mushrooms are also found in Mediterranean cuisine. As a rule, these are variations on the theme of local delicacies. For example, risotto is absolutely not necessary to cook only with mushrooms. You can freely add any meat, tomatoes, green peas to it.
In order to cook it, you will need: 1 liter of chicken stock (can be replaced with water), a little butter and olive oil, a large onion and three garlic cloves, 400 grams of long-grain rice (a mixture of white and brown rice is suitable ), a glass of wine (white, dry), 200 grams of mushrooms, half a lemon, grated Parmesan 150 grams, parsley and thyme a few twigs.
The method of making risotto is very similar to the process of cooking pilaf.
Chop garlic and onion finely and sauté directly in a saucepan, in a mixture of butter and olive oil. Pour rice here, fry a little and pour wine. When the moisture is absorbed, add the broth, so as to cover the rice and cook without stirring, on a very slow fire, adding liquid as necessary. After 10 minutes, squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a saucepan. 5 minutes before cooking, add the greens. Fry mushrooms in oil and add to rice. Mix well, pepper and salt to taste.
Such a second dish of champignons perfectly replaces meat in the diet. Of course, there is no need to completely abandon animal proteins, but you can arrange a short respite for the body.
Chinese Chicken Sauté
Among the variety of recipes with mushrooms, dishes from mushrooms and chicken are found most often. We also happened to find a rather original way of preparing these products. True, the original version was supposed to use shitake mushrooms, but we successfully replaced them with champignons.
For one kilogram of chicken fillet, we need Bulgarian pepper 200 grams, mushrooms 500 grams, sugar 4 tsp, soy sauce and vodka 100 grams, chicken broth 1 liter, starch 3 tbsp. l., ground black pepper in an amount of 1 tsp., a glass of corn or sunflower oil.
Cut the chicken into slices, mushrooms and pepper in strips. Fry meat, mushrooms and vegetables for about five minutes and put on a plate.
From chicken broth, sugar, vodka, soy sauce and pepper, prepare the sauce. Pour it into the pan and mix with meat, mushrooms and chicken. Let stand for a while, add vegetable oil and fry for 5 minutes. We dilute starch with warm water, gradually pour into a pan and let the mixture boil for one minute.
Hungarian Chicken with Mushrooms
Hungarian cuisine is generally rich in recipes for cooking meat and vegetables, so mushroom mushroom dishes are not uncommon in it. Among them, we chose one, as it seemed to us, more familiar and easier to prepare.
We need a small carcass of chicken, melted lard 2 tbsp. L., wheat bread (50 grams), 1/4 cup milk, egg, onion, chicken liver (100 grams), butter (a small slice), champignons (100 grams), bacon (6 strips). For flavor, add marjoram, black pepper and cilantro. Salt to taste.
Fry bacon with onions, mushrooms and liver, after cutting the ingredients as finely as possible. Season with spices and add finely chopped egg and bread soaked in milk. We stuff chicken with the mixture, sew up the carcass and grease with oil. Bake in the oven for about an hour.
Bon appetit and fascinating journey!
