Most of us love mushrooms, and fried oyster mushroom is really a dish for real gourmets. Not so long ago, it began to appear in large numbers on store shelves, although it often grows on diseased trees, such as poplar, willow, mulberry, apricot. Moreover, it is invariably noted that fried oyster mushroom, previously harvested in the wild, is much tastier than that grown in artificial conditions. This amazing mushroom is not in vain called a dietary product. In terms of taste, oyster mushroom fried surpasses even the well-known mushrooms. Below are the recipes for its preparation.
Oyster mushroom fried with onions
For cooking, you need 0.5 kg of mushrooms, chopped parsley and dill, 2 onions, pepper, salt, as well as sunflower oil for frying the mushrooms. Since oyster mushrooms are fried, the recipe with the photo of which is presented here, are a very delicate product, you should not boil them before frying. They must be thoroughly washed so that sand and other impurities are not caught, dried on a paper towel and cut into strips (1 cm wide). Onions are chopped in half rings and fried in vegetable oil in a pan. Sliced mushrooms are added to the browned onion, and fry them for about 20 minutes over medium heat. Oyster mushroom fried has one feature: with prolonged heat treatment, it becomes "rubber". That is why during cooking it is necessary to constantly try mushrooms.
At the end of cooking, fried oyster mushroom is seasoned with pepper and salt, and after turning it off, sprinkle with herbs. Such mushrooms are not only an excellent side dish, but also a full-fledged independent dish.
Fried oyster mushrooms with salad
Washed and cut mushrooms must be dried on a paper towel. In a wide preheated pan for 4 tbsp. l olive oil fry 0.5 kg of oyster mushroom. After the entire mass of liquid released from the mushrooms has evaporated, they are removed from the stove and laid out in a separate bowl. Before cooking, the dish is peeled and salted (to taste). Peeled and chopped onion mixed with slices of lettuce leaves. They are added to the fried mushrooms. The remains of olive oil, on which oyster mushrooms were prepared, are mixed with balsamic vinegar. Mushrooms and lettuce are poured with this dressing.
Oyster mushrooms in sour cream
Almost everyone knows that most types of mushrooms cooked in creamy sauces are extremely tasty. So oyster mushrooms, fried with sour cream, are extremely tasty and very nutritious dish. For their preparation, the following products are needed: 0.5 kg of peeled and chopped mushrooms, 2 tbsp. l butter, 2 onions, 150 g sour cream (20% fat), ground pepper, salt. Fennel lovers can use this spicy herb.
Cooking technology: pour the chopped mushrooms with boiling water, peel the onion, cut into half rings. Melt the butter in a skillet. On it, lightly fry the onion, then add oyster mushrooms and a little water to it. Dish with salt and pepper. Stew mushrooms for about 0.5 hours. After that, it is seasoned with sour cream and cooked for another 10 minutes. Chopped dill is added after removing oyster mushrooms from the fire.
