Baked fish (carp) in the oven with potatoes
Grocery list:
- 200 g of fresh sour cream;
- several potatoes;
- 130 g of hard cheese;
- carp;
- 2-3 onions;
- 100 g butter (soft) butter.
How to bake carp and potatoes: the process from A to Z
1. Using a sharp knife, we clean the fish from scales. We make a deep cut on the belly - from the head to the tail. Carefully remove all the insides. After that, the fish must be washed thoroughly under running water.
2. Make transverse incisions on the carcass. The distance between them should be no more than 5 mm. This is necessary so that the small bones are steamed well.
3. We proceed to the processing of vegetables. Remove the peel from the potatoes, and peel the onion and cut into thin rings.
4. In a separate plate, melt the butter. We add fresh sour cream there. All this is thoroughly mixed. We rub the cheese on the smallest grater.
5. Now you should prepare the pan. We generously lubricate it with vegetable oil. We spread
onion rings, and on top - carp. To make the fish tender and juicy, it is lubricated with a sour cream-oil mixture. A layer of onion rings completes the “composition”. We spread them directly on the fish.
6. Cut the potatoes into circles, the thickness of which does not exceed 1.5 cm. We will lay them on a baking sheet around the carp. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

How to bake carp with mushrooms
Essential Ingredients:
- One and a half glasses of sour cream;
- 200 g of ceps (champignons are also suitable);
- carp weighing 1 kg;
- two onions;
- 70 g of oil;
- 100 g of hard cheese (hot);
- breadcrumbs for breading;
- 1 tbsp. l flour (any grade).
The cooking process is very simple:
1. We clean the fish from scales, remove the insides. We need only carp fillet.
2. We take a deep container in which we will bake fish. Grease its bottom with oil. Then put the fillet. We send the dishes into the oven and bake the fish until half ready.
3. Remove the peel from the mushrooms, rinse them thoroughly with tap water, and then cut into large slices. Put the mushroom pieces in a small pan, add the onion rings and pepper there. Pour ¼ cup of water. At this stage, you can salt the dish. Stew mushrooms until cooked. It takes about 5 minutes. Then we send the mushrooms to the tank with fish fillet.
4. The carp should be covered with mushrooms. We also need a separate cup in which we will mix sour cream, salt and flour. The resulting mass need to water the fish. Sprinkle slices of fillet with grated cheese and breadcrumbs on top. It remains to slightly sprinkle the fish with oil and place the dishes in the oven. Bake the dish until golden brown.
