To cook real Chinese flat cakes with meat, it is better to use the original recipe. In this case, you need a special set of products:

The technology for making cakes remains almost the same:

  1. Sift flour and pour it on the table with a slide.
  2. Dilute the salt in warm water.
  3. In the flour, make a deepening and pour the prepared solution there.

  5. Wrap it with cling film and let it lie down at room temperature.
  6. For the filling, first chop the onion with garlic in a meat grinder.

  9. Fry under the lid on both sides for 4 minutes on low heat until golden brown.

There is another recipe for Chinese tortillas with meat and dried Muer mushrooms. For this option, a non-standard set of components is used:

Method of making cakes:

  • For the test: 320 grams of flour, a glass of boiling water, 10 grams of salt and 17 grams of vegetable oil.
  • For the filling: 300 grams of minced pork, onion, 400 grams of cabbage (Peking or white), a bunch of green onions, 4 grams of sugar, a tablespoon of soy and oyster sauce, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 60 grams of starch, tea a spoonful of grated ginger and a pinch of Malasian seasoning.
