Kiev pork cutlets with filling

This is a real restaurant dish, which can be prepared independently from simple ingredients. A set of products per kilogram of pork meat: two eggs, onions, flour (100 g). For marinade: vegetable oil (50 ml), spices (to taste) and garlic (3 wedges). For the filling: champignons (200 g), prunes (200 g), cheese (100 g), mayonnaise (50 g), garlic (2 cloves).

To prepare juicy pork cutlets , you need to buy a fresh tenderloin, cut into portioned cubes and beat off. We make a marinade from the above products and put meat in it for 3 hours. In the meantime, make the filling - there will be two of them. The first - from fried champignons and cheese, and the second - with prunes and cheese. If desired, you can use other components. But the mandatory ingredient should be cheese, which will give a creamy taste.

Put the fillings on the pickled pieces. Carefully turn into rolls - if they are not fastened, then you can use toothpicks. Each roll must be rolled in flour, and then in a beaten egg with mayonnaise. We spread it on the preheated pan with the seam down and fry under the lid on both sides. We put the ready-made pork cutlets on the leaves of green salad and serve with boiled cauliflower.

Put the fried cutlets in a baking dish, pour in the broth, sauce from sour cream and tomato paste, simmer 15 minutes in the oven. These are the natural pork cutlets we got. Sprinkle them with cilantro on top and serve with potatoes. The dish is very high-calorie (380 kcal per 100 g), therefore, people on a diet are not recommended to eat it - although it is difficult to resist.

  • garlic, onion;
  • egg;
  • flour (100 g);
  • black pepper, salt;
  • cheese (200 g).

Rinse the meat thoroughly and cut into very small strips. This lesson will take a lot of time, but the result is worth it. Chopped meatballs prepared in this way retain all the juiciness inside. For tenderness and piquancy add mustard - leave in the refrigerator for an hour.
